Location

This attractive hotel is located at the heart of Andorra. Soldau El Tarter is about 800 metres away and it is also 5 km from Grau Roig. Altogether an ideal location for skiers, the hotel affords fabulous views of the mountains with Grandvalira ski area right in front of the hotel. Commercial areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the near vicinity and links to the public transport network lie close by.

Facility

50 rooms, including 37 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hostel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Really not a good place. The rooms are old dirty and there is no heating. It took a day to get a top up heating for a freezing room. The general standards are low accross the board, beds are hard and really uncomfortable, showers date back to the 80’s….and it is pretty far away from the slopes.

    Stayed for 3 nights, skiing the 2 days inbetweenHotel was OK, breakfast was every efficiently run, free ski lockers in the basement, rooms very basic but clean. Parking somewhat overpriced, rather park outside at 3 EUR a day Hotel staff could have been more helpful about parking, when we were there you could park under the Soldeu lift station for free with a lift pass from 8am-8pm.

    Spent 3 nights here skiing in Soldeu for 2 days. Incles is situated between Soldeu and El Tarter both of which have ski lifts but not Incles itself. Walking in the evening is not an issue about 1km either direction but too far in ski boots.There is a bus stop right outside the hotel to take you which is helpful but it costs whereas most of Europe has free ski shuttle buses. We had a car so drove up with our ski gear to Soldeu as the mountain was not overly busy being a Thursday and Friday and early in the season. All day street parking was easy enough and cheaper than the bus. On the second day we found out that parking underneath the telecabina was actually free with a ski pass. The hotel did not advise us of this despite us asking about parking options which was very poor. Of course there may not be availability in busy times.The hotel suited our needs for a few days. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was meant to have a mountain view but looked over the road instead. Here’s my environmental gripe - stop putting plastic ribbons over the toilet and plastic sleeves over glass cups! This does not mean it’s clean and is completely wasteful. No need to change towels unless there for a week minimum. No one in their own home has clean towels daily so why do hotels waste so much water and energy! Unnecessary- think and help save our planet before it’s too late.

    As a couple looking for somewhere close to the slopes and at a reasonable price - the hotel was just what we needed. The staff very helpful and friendly, the onsite bar, the sauna and jaquzzi facilities, transfers to the slopes - all superb and for a great price. We would return to the same hotel without a doubt.

    We came in a group of 16 persons, and what I say is an overall opinion from all of us. Rooms are small(very small) but that could be overlooked if they were clean, under the bed there is thick dust, the floors were not clean( if u plan to stay here bring flip-flops cause your socks will get dirty) the lady that cleans daily only changes trashcans. There is an odd smell inside the room, beds are not confortable, pillows smell, covers are full of dust I don’t believe they wash them. Towels in the bathroom don’t come in sealed bags meaning that they don’t wash and disinfect them professionally(which concerns us all) Wifi is like nonexistent. We will avoid this hotel for our next holidays. Tip- they advertise a parking fee of 16€ but literally across the street at 10 meters it’s 3 €/day.
