Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Les Escaldes, near the Caldea spa resort and its facilities. It is a quiet area near the main street and the shopping centres. 8 suites and 80 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service.     Beautiful and modern hotel.The suite is beautiful except that you can't open the window because it's right on the noisy road even though it's on the 6th floor! Strange, soft, the hotel must be built on a slope.This is a big drawback because the place has great air, but you have to use the air conditioner. Even at night.Another drawback: the bathroom doesn't have a shower so after you enjoy the massage bath, you can't wash yourself.You have to get out wet and with soap and take a shower after waiting for the hot water to come.

    I've been hosted We stayed in a quadruple room at Yomo Mola Park and had an excellent experience. The room was very spacious, perfect for our family, with an impeccable bathroom and very comfortable beds. The sofa-bed was also great for the kids.The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything we needed and very convenient for exploring Andorra. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast — absolutely spectacular, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, space, and a great location!

    Stolen money!!!

    STOLEN MONEY !!!We were in vacation and in the first day we go to visit the near places. Next day when we left, I noticed in the car while checking for passports, that from my wallet were missing 50€. The ladies from the cleaning were in our room in the first day between 2pm-4pm. When I called back the hotel several times, the manager has a very rude and aggressive attitude towards me, I said that it is unacceptable and I want them to provide me a solution, also to check who was in our room during that cleaning interval. But he told me several times he can't tell me.Also, after this, I scrolled down in this hotel Booking's reviews and I had the surprise to remark stolen money also from other people this year, and from others objects, like Airpods headphones.When I told the manager that I noticed these too, he told me that are lies. I specified that for his future clients, this will be a serious problem and this is impossible!I can't believe that this is STILL happening in 2023. Our vacation was ruined after this incindent!!! It's such a shame to ruin the image of the hotel for 50€ and to have this kind of attitude towards your customers. Very disappointed and for SURE we will not come back. Not even recommend. If I could have the possibility, I would rate -1.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, everything was near and Caldea spa (highly recommend that one as well) just next door. Price-quality ratio extraordinary.

    Very noisy rooms - you can hear everything going on around you - in the corridor, other bathrooms and other bedrooms. I didn't feel secure.Shower head over bath, and a lot of brown decor, didn't make for a good experience.Left after one night.
