  Warm welcome - very helpful receptionist Donny . Kind and considerate owners Hazel and Pedro . We were well looked after - with a spacious clean and well appointed room . Having been relocated after an accident on a cruise everyone showed us care and kindness . Thank you .

  Spent 10 days, 9 nights, December 9 - 18 2024 .... great staff, Front Desk staff - Emily, Dawnie, Kella.... professional, true Antiguan warmth and friendliness, welcoming. Authentic Caribbean meals made to order - tasty, they meet your digestive needs.... the hotel grounds are great for walking, relaxing, bring a blanket for picnic! Check out the many fruit frees - Avocado Pear, Ackee, Mangoes, Coconuts, Sapodilla..... Large, aquamarine pool, great for swimming .... tree lined for privacy.... Rooms are large, air-conditioning working.... Wi-Fi ok... available throughout the property. Looking for somewhere close to St. Johns, Cortsland Hotel provides privacy, opportunity to unwind, have meetings, events..... Tip - upstairs rooms offer views across the hotel.... there are tennis courts adjacent and a gym all accessible by arrangement through gates from the hotel....

  I stayed at Cortsland twice for business meetings in May, and I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Hazel and her team. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is perfectly located for meetings in St John's and is also close to the airport. This is not your typically all-inclusive beach resort, but a centrally located, family-run hotel. I will definitely come back.

  Lovely staff and owners make this hotel feel like home

  Our group thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Cortslands. The hospitality from the staff was top-notch, as was the food. The gardens, lobby, and pool provided many options for relaxing and congregating outside our spotless and well-sized rooms. We all felt well taken care of and plan to return to this local gem of a hotel next year.

  Had a fantastic stay at the Cortsland Hotel. I stayed there for two nights at the beginning and end of my holiday for easy transfers to the airport. The first room I stayed in had a patio with seating. Rooms have ironing board and iron. Kettle with teas, coffee etc. The room was a fantastic size and bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was superb. The second room I stayed in had a kitchen that was accessed through glass sliding doors. Washing up liquid supplied. Extensive range of crockery and utensils. This room was massive. The hotel is immaculate. Pool is large with seating and comfortable loungers. I had this area to myself during my stay. All hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. On arrival I was too late for dinner. Emily ordered me a pizza and drove me to collect this. I only ate breakfast here. It was a buffet breakfast and had fruit, orange juice, cereals, teas and coffee on offer. The hot choices included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and herb potatoes. There is a bar near the hotel offering food and drinks that can be accessed from the back gate of the hotel. The gardens are well maintained and extensive. I also ran out of cigarettes during my final stay. Hazel, the hotel owner, personally drove me to the supermarket to buy these. Shout out to Donny and Kella who made me feel welcome. I stayed here myself and felt incredibly safe. The bar was not open but drinks could be ordered at the reception. I would highly recommend this hotel. Customer service was second to none.
