Location

This beach hotel is located on a beautiful, natural shoreline consisting of 4 separate beaches set in 37 acres of landscaped tropical gardens. It is a secluded hideaway resort ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday for both couples and families. Guests can enjoy unwinding at the beach to the gentle lapping of the Caribbean sea. VC Bird international airport is only 10 km away.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 111 rooms, including suites and 110 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and, for a fee, a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The resort has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The resort offers a range of outdoor sport, including volleyball, golf and fishing or, for a fee, tennis and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, kayaking and snorkelling or, for a fee, diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and table tennis. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features a spa and a steam bath. Massage treatments are among the facilities available for an extra fee. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. Special extras await all-inclusive guests – snacks as well as a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great choice with clean, comfy rooms, excellent shower amenities, and a fantastic location right by some beautiful beaches.The food at the hotel is really good, with three different restaurants offering variety for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served buffet-style and is generally solid, though it could do with a bit more variety if you’re staying longer than a week. The pool area is excellent too.Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel. The only minor downside is that during busy periods the sunbeds get taken quite quickly in the morning. Also massive shout out to Egbert who does the eggs in the morning and carves the meat at lunch! Very good customer service and made our stay memorable

    We visited 10 years ago and thought never to go back. However, we are so glad we did as the resort has improved so much with an amazing infinity pool and upgraded accommodation. The food offerings were also improved and very tasty, something for everyone. The recent employment of Ahmed, the Food & Beverage Manager during our time already added value to the service offering and customer liaison. We had a fantastic dinner on the beach for our Wedding anniversery and would return I am sure many more times. This our 4th visit! The beaches are beautiful, clear water and lots of sand with easy snorkelling. Beware of getting a beach bungalow with a communication door to a garden room if you are just a couple.     This is a great resort for those looking to have a relaxing time at a beautiful and quiet location. There are great swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing opportunities right off the beaches at the resort, so you don't need to take additional tours for swimming or snorkeling. The pool is nice with a very lovely setting. The beaches and grounds are beautiful, and the sunsets are awesome as the resort faces west over the Caribbean. The staff are very nice and helpful, the room was clean and serviced daily, the AC was cold, the food and drinks were great, entertainment was good. The facilities aren't as new and polished as a high-end resort, but it is very comfortable and well maintained. We didn't want to leave, and we would definitely stay at this resort again.
