For the second time in a row, we stayed at the hotel because we think it's great, the location is neither so far from the center nor so close, the food is delicious and at a more affordable price than in the restaurants, the spa services are always clean and in keeping with the time. The services in the room were impeccable (we could only improve the pillows), and above all the hotel staff's attention, was always attentive and willing to guide, help, and collaborate. It is a hotel with a good price-product ratio, efficient, comfortable and with a very good view of the lake.The staff is very friendly, the amenities are adequate and it is also quite quiet, you can hear the wild animals.There is plenty of space to store or park vehicles. We loved it here, beautiful views, lovely spa, great areas to relax in and friendly staff. The breakfast was great, especially sitting outside in the sun. It’s a great location too, if you have a car. Would definitely return. It was a very nice experience. The hotel is in mint condition, rooms are modern and confortable. The view is very nice. The staff is a bit inexperience and sometime not polite enough.Anyway we would go there because the value is good.

Pro: Awesome location with lovely lake view. Great personnel. Suites are awesome and equipped with small electric kitchen and a fridge. Average: Food options & breakfast.Con: Would definitely improve cleanness across the spa & pool sector and reinforce their adequate use.
