    Beware of the restaurant

    Nice hotel to stay when visiting Villa Traful. Good service, bad restaurant… Tried to present a goulash dish using fettuccini instead of spätzl… quite a deception. Lamentamos que su experiencia en nuestro restaurante no haya sido excelente y entendemos que quizás nuestra carta no tenga el detalle preciso pero en ningún momento se aclara que nuestro Goulash esté acompañado con Spatzl y si con pasta casera al huevo como lo conversó con nuestro chef en la noche de ayer.     The best possible hotel for a perfect journey

    Beautifull place, large comfortable rooms, heated swimming room facing marvelous nature. Includes Spa. A five stars hotel, however eith very good cost benefit. Very nice service and people. But, do not use their restaurant. Great menu but completely , untasty !!     Highly recommended hotel!

    We are a family of four, we stayed one night. We enjoyed every moment in this amazing hotel. The view from the room is outstanding, we could see the Traful lake and all around, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful.     Lakefront beautiful hotel. Amazing views

    We stayed at this beautiful hotel and enjoyed it thoroughly. The room overlooked the lake and had a balcony, giving us an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The breakfast had everything we wanted. We also dined at the hotel and the food was good. The indoor swimming pool is small but nice, with a nice jacuzzi.We really recommend going to Traful and staying at this beautiful hotel. The personnel deserves especiall praising.     Desappointing

    They charged us 20% more that the fare that was published on the official website. When we asked for clarification they said they charged us the « walk in fare » when you book directly at the hotel. We found it unfair as we were ready to make the booking online but the wifi connection at the lobby and at the entire hotel is very poor, and they failed to tell us the fare wasn’t the same. The hotel was full but they were completly understaffed: at breakfast several tables were available but not cleaned from previous guests, we waited (over 10 people) more than 15 min standing while one waiter was overloaded. Again at the swimming pool there were no clean towels available and no staff to take care of it.It is a beautifull hotel but the organisation and service isn’t at the level of a 4 stars hotel.
