Lousy in every respect.It's nowhere near what they show in the pictures, dirty, things don't workI've got a chair at the door of the fridge right now because it doesn't close properly. Double room, with two beds together which is super uncomfortable I've been two days and they haven't replaced theToilet paper The kitchen has NOTHING, the old, dirty dishes, dirty, destroyed potsThere's no oven; just an anafeI don't understand how this place can work. The place has a dream view, the location is close to the center of bariloche, 4.2km, you can go by taxi, collectives, or car. My room was the top, top floor, had three double beds, and two singles. All bedding, mattresses etc were clean and very good condition.Heating, hot water, everything working perfectly.Wifi, TV smart, everything perfect.The care of the concierges excellent.To improve some things, for example the kitchen did not work, but we had anafe and microwave.For those details would not be a 10 my experience, but I give it 8.5 - 9.I hope it serves you this information. Normal, old apartment located in front of the lake with its own beach exit. We got an apartment for 7 people that had 2 large bedrooms and two sofa beds. The kitchen was normal and complete. They need to make some investments on this property, is in very bad condition, almost you can work like a hotel. The property and the view to Nahuel Huapi lake is priceless, but the place is not clean at all.

Friendly Staff But Run Down Building

On consecutive weeks I stayed here and at nearby Hosteria Del Lago. No comparison. My ground floor apartment here had a wooden patio door that was secured with an iron rod that could have easily been lifted from the outside. No lock at all on the inner sliding glass door. Zero security. Staff wore grungy t-shirts and raggedy jeans but were extraordinarily nice and helpful. My apartment was dirty with badly soiled carpets. The kitchen sink sprang a leak while I was out -- without me ever having used it -- and flooded the floor. The view of the lake was mostly obscured by trees. I can't comment on the relative value of the place because the rate I paid was through the Armed Forces Vacation Club; charges are the same for all participating space-available resorts around the world. I could only recommend Apart Costa Azul if the rates were extremely low and the traveler was ready to accept that you get what you pay for.
