    Great hotel with wonderful views

    Wonderful hotel with great views over the lake .we had a grand comfort room and it was .lovely bay window looking out over the lake .Easy walk into town yet quiet .A very comfortable room , very good staff.breakfast was extremely good with a mouthwatering selection of sweet and savoury foods .Highly recommend Gerente Operativo, Otro at Cacique Inacayal Lake & Spa Hotel, responded to this review Muchas gracias!!!!

    It's a great location on the edge of town with a view over the lake to the mountains beyond. There's a nice place for lunch and a beer on the reception floor (the hotel confusingly has floors above and below reception), and an excellent restaurant for the buffet breakfast.     Amazing location and views, hotel is somewhat run down and in need of much TLC - chipped paint, peeling wallpaper in the hallway. No air conditioning. Service polite but not great. Bath tub didn’t drain. One bottle of water for room but needed to buy more.     Fabulous location on the lake

    A very difficult place to review. On the positive side it is beautifully placed right on the lake and we had a lake view which was fabulous. It is also an easy walk into town and all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good with the biggest selection of food we had in our entire three week stay and the staff at breakfast were also super friendly, attentive and welcoming. It also has an indoor swimming pool, a table tennis table and a pool table.However I never felt really happy here. The reception staff were a little cold and the hotel a little larger than we like and despite having a super comfortable bed our room was noisy as it was just below the bar and it was difficult to sleep until after 12 midnight when people stopped pulling chairs around and generally making noise.     The place to be in briloce

    We stay at this hotel and recommend it with excellent experience. The place is designed with a unique style and all the facilities are well kept. The service is ex everywhere. The spa treatments were marvellous and above all the chef restaurant is one of a kind. Naomi Kippers the menger  is a woman that you all want to know.The walliu she gives to the place and the food is more than we expect. Choose the place to enjoy your time.
