Great spot with great services

Clean, not outdated but not fancy either. The services was great, our tour included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great although same options every day. Dinner was outstanding. Great personnel, much appreciated. Restroom in the room was on the smaller size. Bed was comfortable. I also used the massage services, it was a great a massage after a day of skiing, the masseuse focused on the usual skiers pain points. 10/10.

We wanted a place to stay between dropping off our hire car (Hertz office is very close) and getting the coach to Chile (a short bus ride to the coach terminal). This worked well and the price was reasonable, considering Bariloche is very expensive. The lobby was pleasant, but rooms were small and tired with no air conditioning. Breakfast was standard continental.

They don't care and give you a different room

I booked a nice room called double standard (Habitación Doble Estándar). Check the photos they show on booking. It's complete scam. They gave to my wife a triple room which has nothing to do with the photo of the room we booked.They refuse to sort out the situation, zero collaboration. They suggested to go to booking and write a negative review.Stay away from this place. They gave us the under roof room which was worse than a hostel room.We tried to have our money back or sort out the situation but they just do not care about. It was like talking to a wall.

Bariloche was having a heatwave when we arrived so our room on the top floor was stifling which could not be helped. Room basic but reasonably clean. Bathroom a bit small.However the staff used the two lifts to move everything and when we were there they were making major changes of some sort so we had to wait for some time for a lift. The second day only one lift was working so we had to wait for a long time. Would have used the stairs but we were on the 7th floor and on last day had to bring two suitcases down. The lift eventually came filled with four mattresses in riding up and down with no-one removing them. MY husband had to haul them out to be able to get the cases downstairs. Not very good customer service.

Stayed here one night. The hotel is very central, near the main street. Friendly and helpfull staff. It could use an update but the price is correct.Only issue for me was the noise from the elevator if your room was next to it.
