    Left items in hotel

    rating16 May 2026

After a two night stay, I left my reading glasses in the hotel together with a new silver pendant for my daughter. The maid found the items and promptly forwarded them to her manager. As we were going to be in Buenos Aires for one night, the manager suggested that it might be safer to give them to one of their employees who was coming to BA to hand them in to our hotel, how amazingly efficient and kind is that! They wanted no payment for everything they did. It has restored my faith in humanity. Tomás Suárez, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Design Suites Bariloche, responded to this review Dear Theresa, Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for your kind words. We are truly happy to know that our Team was able to assist you and help recover such important personal belongings. Honesty, care, and genuine hospitality are values we deeply cherish, so your recognition means a great deal to all of us. We will be sure to share your comments with the Team involved. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you again in the future to create many more wonderful travel memories. See you soon! Tomás S.

    Wonderful stay

    rating11 Mar 2026

Everything was excellent. We stayed in the room with the indoor jacuzzi, which was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. A huge highlight was the staff: very kind and responsive. The restaurant and swimming pool also offer a stunning view of Bariloche. The location is also very good - peaceful, yet only 10 minutes away from the city center. Highly recommended! Tomás Suárez, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Design Suites Bariloche, responded to this review Dear Sara, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We are delighted to know you enjoyed the comfort of your room, the views, and our facilities. It is especially rewarding to hear that the kindness of our Team made your stay even more special. Excellent facilities perfectly located in a mind blowing part of the world

    rating28 Feb 2026

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Design Suites. The staff were polite, friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were a great size and designed to show off an exquisite view, either on the balcony or in the jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options, as did the restaurant. We ate lunch and dinner there on multiple occasions. The hotel is on the right side of the town for all the attractions tins including Patagonia brewery (a must visit), Llao Llao hotel and the chair lift. We will be back. Tomás Suárez, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Design Suites Bariloche, responded to this review Dear Lauren, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We are delighted to know you enjoyed the facilities, the views, and our gastronomic offerings. Love this hotel!

    rating04 Feb 2026

This is a special hotel. Interesting design, lovely views and a nice setting (better than being town in my opinion). Our suite was huge with a balcony and jacuzzi bath. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner available too. The bed was a bit too soft for us but that is a personal thing. Totally recommend. Tomás Suárez, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Design Suites Bariloche, responded to this review Dear Suznoni, Thank you very much for your wonderful review and for choosing to stay with us.We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the hotel’s design, the views, and our unique setting, as well as your spacious suite with balcony and jacuzzi. It’s great to know you appreciated our breakfast and dining options too. We also value your comment about the bed comfort — personal preferences are important to us and your feedback helps us continue improving. Thank you for recommending us. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back on your next visit and create more great memories together. Until next time! Tomás S.
