    Cute, comfortable, fresh breakfast, rich. Comfortable rooms, with good heating, clean bathrooms, with shampoo, cream and soap. They spend every day to do the cleaning. Although there is no elevator and it is three stories, it is not far from the center...it feels because it is 6 blocks of repecho. The plus is that they have a kitchen all equipped to cook, heat and store in refrigerators. The living room comfortable, with armchairs, tv and heating.     Scam - Don't be fooled

    Great disappointment. Deficient construction. three floors without elevator and impassable and dangerous stairs. Bad bathrooms. Small pieces. Bad heating. Messy breakfast. Lack of cleaning. Scarce attention in the place, they are boys who do not understand the tourist. NO garage. Street in height, access complicated with snow.And to top it off, very expensive prices.     I really liked the location, to do everything on foot ( it's in a "plateau" good for those who have mobility), affordable price, clean place, cosy, very good service, also liked the breakfast and there is a kitchen available to make meals, there are stairs but for those who do not have restriction does not hinder.     "We loved our stay at the hotel! There was a small inconvenience at first, but the staff quickly resolved, allowing us to enter earlier and offering an upgrade to a larger room with a spectacular view of the lake and the snow-covered mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with quite a variety and at will. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!"
