Cozy but not perfect hotel.

Welcomed by cozy and clean room upon check-in. Location of the hotel presents a view of the lake. The room was quite hot and we have to open the window. While breakfast is good, there is no tea bags and kettle in the room. Wifi also did not work on the first night we were there.Quite comfortable stay with some finer points missing. Great location, close to Bariloche downtown and nearby Bustillo Av. fast lane to everywhere. Great and luxurious accomidation, I recommend to take a lake view room. Beautiful setting

Great breakfast tastes and selections. Bed was more comfortable than previous ones we stayed at because of softer mattress and more quality pillows. Rooms were hot. No air conditioning. They provided us a fan. Beautiful grounds to walk around. About 2 miles to walk into town. An average hotel for its size, a pleasant stay

A large hotel, which needed some tender lovely care. The room was big enough along with the bed, and we over looked the lake. It was a nice option of having a bath. The gym had the basic equipment in to be able to do a workout. The swimming pool was big enough to actually swim properly, however it was too hot in there, it would have been nice to open the doors to let fresh air in there, the water was like a bath. The pool didn't open until 10am, which was too late, it would have been great to swim before breakfast. The breakfast got very busy early and seemed very disorganised, however the selection was plentiful. The reception staff did help as we wanted to play golf, so they gave me the details to book and sort, which was great. The hotel was a 30min walk into town, unless you booked an Uber or had a car. You had to walk along the road. Wonderful hotel. Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting and great service. Highly recommend this hotel. Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable.
