    Good location but hotel and service needs a lot of work.

    The position is good but the hotel needs a lot to be desired, especially if you go in summer. Staff not very helpful or friendly. it's basically what you see is what you get. All stated immediately when the "standard room with forest view" just looks at the roof. The rooms only have heating so when it's 32°C outside all you have is a little desktop fan which in our case did not work. No cable TV and internet so bad that I had trouble watching YouTube on where to go. The bathroom door could not close without lifting it up on its hinges (they fixed it after complaining). The breakfast is OK but with very limited options. Customer Service is something they still need to learn.     The hotel was very clean and spacious. The room view is amazing we can see the lake and mountains. The room service and staff were really good and helpful all the time. I used the spa service and was a really good experience. The breakfast have a good variety and the space was always clean. Love the hotel and views.     Good room, beds and bath.The shower area is a little bit small, but ok.The hitting is very good and make hotel very comfortable.Near 30 minutes walk to the town,Breakfast have a good variety and things are very good.I do not used the swimming pool neither the recreation area that seems small, but hot want stay inside the hotel in Bariloche.     Great place, great service, excellent location, awesome view, and easy access to everywhere.I spent two nights at this hotel and if I ever return again I will stay here. The bed and blankets are really nice, my room was clean, hot water, TV, internet Wi-Fi fast.     Although a little out of town, the views were great and the staff excellent- friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and had everything you needed. There was a lovely pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast was the best we had in 7 weeks of travelling!
