Location

    An excellent hotel in the heart of Bariloche! Clean, spacious, excellent staff, spa, very good breakfast, and quiet. I would recommend booking to stay here.

    Poor hotel in all the aspects

    No ac in this hotel exactly as for all. No ventilation in the rooms with windows to sun. Poor spa and room 210 noisy due to compressors near the windows. Noisy street during the day. Overall poor place. You better pay more and get at least a place with less noise

    Not a 4 star by any standard. Rooms are small. They are hot even when it is 40f out side. You have to open a window to keep them cool. Then you get street noise. No way to control temp. You shower whole bathroom is wet. Room is to small way to small. Bed is to singles pushed together. Location is the only good thing.     Booked room that was not available, so the option offered were downgrade take it or leave it. Reception not polite, breakfast very basic for the price, internet doesn't work all and nobody solves. If you need a good cost benefit, it's not the hotel to come.

    CHARGED TRIPLE, rude, never stay there!

    NEVER STAY THERE! I originally booked at another hotel (Cristal ) the day before they cancelled on me and just sent my booking to this hotel. With a "discount" 3 days later I was charged triple yes triple!!! I called them to resolve this and was responded by there is nothing they can do, while I sent the 3 extra charges, the response was also very rude! Now I am trying to fix this through my bank, but this situation became extremely frustrating.
