Location

This hotel enjoys an ideal location opposite Lake Nahuel Huapi, in the region's 'Lake District', just 5 min away from Bariloche. It lies just 1 km from the best beaches and 10 min from the Cerro Catedral ski area. The beauty of the lake is enhanced by a beautiful cypress forest and a grove of silver poplars surrounding the various cabins and suites. It is 7 km from the tourist centre and 20 km from Puerto Pañuelos.

Facility

10 junior suites, 9 suites and 7 apartments are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu.     Good hotel but stolen money from the card after checkout

    The hotel was good, but upon check-in, I was asked to leave my card details as a guarantee, even though I'd pre-paid for the room through a booking service.After the trip, unauthorized charges began to appear on my credit card there while I already have leaved the city and for services I did not use there (e.g. buses, internet/phone, etc.). I had to block the card and request refunds.I sent the message to the hotel reception but they answered nothing, probably because the card details are stored on the reception as well, haha.     A Decent Stay Undermined by Hidden Fees

    I recently stayed at this hotel with a group for a week while touring Bariloche. While the hotel itself is a bit outdated, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay. The restaurant staff were especially great and provided excellent service.However, my main issue was with an unexpected tax charge that was added after we had already agreed on the total cost. Our plan was to stay for a few days, head out for a hiking trip, and then return for a few more nights. When we were checking out the first time, I was suddenly informed about an additional tax that needed to be paid. I don’t mind paying taxes, but this should have been included in the original cost from the start—not sprung on us after the fact. It felt like a way to make the initial price seem lower than it actually was.After some back-and-forth, I reluctantly agreed to pay the tax, though I found the practice misleading. When we returned for our second stay, they attempted to charge the same tax again, at which point I refused. Transparency in pricing is important, and this experience left a bad impression.Would I stay here again? Possibly, but only with absolute clarity on the full cost upfront.     Planned constructions in the middle of the night, what the...

    What a nightmare! They had planned!!! constructions ongoing from 11 pm till 2 am in the morning at their pool area (2 nights in a row), we could not get sleep until 2 am due to the noise and even after complaining the only thing they could offer is a room change in the middle of the night, without any help with the luggage. Cannot recommend to go there at all. What management plans constructions during the night for a hotel? Sorry, this is totally unacceptable!     Excellent hotel and spa with breathtaking lake views. A phenomenal place to relax in Bariloche. The pool is both outdoor and indoor and the steam and sauna are very refreshing. Be sure to book a deep tissue massage early in your stay. The breakfast selection is superb!     We visited this Hotel las December, beautiful hotel with amazing scenery and view to the spectacular Nahuel Huapi LakeStaff made our stay very special, booking trips and excursions. Breakfast was something else and bar and restaurant had excellent options and delicious dishesOur room all in wood and stone was lovely and with bath with jet even more lovely2 minutes from the bus stop to the city center has a big car park alsoDefinitely a come back to this one!!!!!
