  As to how this can be described as a hotel. It's a very well equipped and comfortable apartment but has no bar or restaurant, so is lacking the welcoming feel of a communal area where guests can come together to relax. Extremely noisy traffic along this road. Además de contar con un lobby y servicio de bebidas de cortesía, disponemos de espacios verdes, spa completo con sauna, piscina , duchas y vestuario, deck con solárium y atención de recepción las 24 horas, aspectos muy valorados por nuestros huéspedes.En cuanto al ruido de la Avenida Bustillo, puede percibirse ocasionalmente en el exterior, pero no llega a las habitaciones, donde el descanso está plenamente garantizado.saludos cordiales,Veronica Conte, Gerencia

  beautiful view, close to Bariloche city center. 25' drive to cirri Catedral. they are building a restaurant. they bring breakfast to you room everyday at the time you order. the staff is really nice. have a beautiful pool.Rooms are very comfortable, with balcony and a kitchenette. they have enough place to park your car.My children love the place. we definitely go back next year for our winter break. thanks for the hospitality.   Made violently ill due to false claims about drinking water from the staff

  One of the managers of the hotel (Gabriel) told us that the tap water was perfectly fine to drink. We then got violently ill from said water, keeping us bed ridden for 3 days. When confronted about it, he and the hotel refused to take any responsibility, or even apologize for what he caused.Additionally, the jets in our rooms jacuzzi were broken, and there was constant construction going on DIRECTLY outside our window.This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, or airbnb, and it essentially ruined most of our trip. Please don’t stay here, we were poisoned and treated very poorly after the fact.

  This hotel made us violently ill because we were lied to about the quality of the water

  The concierge, Gabriel, told us that we could drink the tap water here because it is “perfecto.” Four out of six of us then got violently ill. We were out of commission for days because we listened to Gabriel, which basically ruined our entire trip.When I brought this up to Gabriel, he didn’t apologize or indicate that he would warn other guests. He just said “well other guests have been fine.” He then proceeded to charge me for a massage that I had to miss because I was vomiting non-stop. So, as far as I can tell, nobody else will be warned about this. That should tell you everything you need to know. The people who run this place are dishonest and shady. Don’t trust them. There are a lot of nice places to stay in Bariloche; stay somewhere else. Veronica Conte, Director General at Hotel Rochester Bariloche, responded to this review Buen día estimados,Primero que nada muchas gracias por habernos elegido y realmente lamentamos que hayan enfermado durante su estadía , estuvimos en reiteradas oportunidades intentando comunicarnos con las tres habitaciones en las que se encontraban alojados sin recibir ninguna respuesta, intentamos asistirlos y averiguar que les había sucedido , nadie del grupo de seis jóvenes se acercó a comentarnos que sospechaban podía llegar a ser el agua del hotel, únicamente lo hicieron al momento del check out, Nuestra agua es potable, viene de una planta potabilizadora y hacemos análisis cada seis meses los cuales están siempre siempre a disposición, dudo que hayan enfermado por el consumo de agua de nuestro hotel,no sabemos si pudieron contraerlo en otro lugar ya que reitero, durante su estadía no plantearon esto ni aceptaron llamemos a la asistencia médica para que los vea un profesional. En cuanto al masaje, nunca lo cancelaron por lo cual la masajista los esperó en el hotel (no es personal fijo y viajó únicamente a realizar el masaje reservado)y debió cobrar al menos 30 minutos de masaje que es el monto mínimo .Esperamos se encuentren mejor y quedamos a disposición por cualquier consulta,Atentamente

  Located in the beautiful and calm Bustillo Avenue, in Bariloche, this gorgeous hotel offers very large apartments, fully equiped with a big hot tub in the bathroom. Its very cozy, very comfortable and very beautiful and clean. The style is very modern and there is a beautiful hot water pool that reaches the inside and outside parts of the hotel. There is no restaurant available in the hotel, however, there is a wonderful one next door and many more within a walking distance. The city centre and attractions are about 10 or 15 minutes away by taxi.
