Spacious room, good facilities for kids
19 Feb 2019
The rooms are big but the hygiene could be a bit better. Staff is friendly but too busy, in the morning only 1 gentleman at the front desk who has to do it allGreat facilities for families, kids play room inside, playground outside, nice swimming pool, good gym. Location is a bit too far out of the center...

¿Resort?
05 Jan 2019
Be ready, your body will feel the cold, not only on the outside but also on the inside. Yep, you read right, the heat system didn’t seem to work. The hotel is well preserved and with a diverse variety of activities. Although the gym and spa are great, its almost imposible to not to find 5000 people on it whenever you go. Yes, the food its outstanding.

Insipid hotel, very poor service
23 Mar 2018
The hotel is located on a big piece of land, but poorly developed. Big structures with little functionality that reminds me of public entertainment facilities.I requested a quiet room, but all of the seem to overlook Pioneros Av., with traffic noise all day around. No room service, not even for breakfast. Breakfast is poor, in a bunker type of room. There seems to be issues with security and there are many signs stating that the hotel is not liable for criminal activities. villasofiabariloche, Director Comercial at Villa Sofia Resort & Spa, responded to this review Estimado Huésped, muchas gracias por escribir un comentario. Saludos cordiales,

Spacious room
10 Feb 2017
Stayed for nights at this place (the apart hotel) for six nights. We had a very big room and we enjoyed our stay. The place is about 15 minutes walk away from the town centre (uphill...), but we didn't mind.Breakfast was served at the "real" hotel which was about 5 minutes away from our room.We were happy with our stay, but if you are noise sensitive, then you should be aware that there is a bit of street noise at night. Wi-fi was quite slow as well, except early in the morning and late at night.Having said that, we paid about $115 per night and for that price we got great value!Would be happy to come back. villasofiabariloche, Director Comercial at Villa Sofia Resort & Spa, responded to this review Dear guestThank you so much for your comments. Is very important to us to know your opinions and experiences. We hope to receive your visit againKind regards,
