    The rooms are big but the hygiene could be a bit better. Staff is friendly but too busy, in the morning only 1 gentleman at the front desk who has to do it allGreat facilities for families, kids play room inside, playground outside, nice swimming pool, good gym. Location is a bit too far out of the center...

    Infraestructura barilochense típica, confort en cada ambiente y una recepción tan pintoresca como cómoda. Bien, ¿estamos de acuerdo que en Bariloche hace frio por la noche no? Bueno, ¿calefacción? Gracias. El spa es un si mas allá de la concurrencia, parece la costa Argentina en enero. Punto alto para el restaurant, comida casera digna de aplaudir de pie.Be ready, your body will feel the cold, not only on the outside but also on the inside. Yep, you read right, the heat system didn’t seem to work. The hotel is well preserved and with a diverse variety of activities. Although the gym and spa are great, its almost imposible to not to find 5000 people on it whenever you go. Yes, the food its outstanding.

    The hotel is located on a big piece of land, but poorly developed. Big structures with little functionality that reminds me of public entertainment facilities.I requested a quiet room, but all of the seem to overlook Pioneros Av., with traffic noise all day around. No room service, not even for breakfast. La idea de Villa Sofía Resort & Spa es que el huésped se encuentre completamente rodeado por la naturaleza sin importar en qué edificio se encuentre.Si bien todas las habitaciones se encuentran sobre la Av.Pioneros, las mismas cuentan con ventanas que aíslan el sonido y cortinas black out.Nuestro desayuno es buffet por lo cual cuenta con una variedad de panificados (pan blanco, pan negro, tartas, budines), frutas, yogures, cereales, fiambres, café, infusiones, chocolate caliente, leche, etc.El complejo no cuenta con problemas de seguridad simplemente informamos a los pasajeros que tengan cuidado con sus pertenencias en las áreas públicas como se informa en todos los comercios y locales de la Argentina.Saludos cordiales,

    Stayed in the apartment style, great breakfast included and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. They allowed 2 extra guest with no extra charges which was a please and unexpected surprise.     Stayed for nights at this place (the apart hotel) for six nights.We had a very big room and we enjoyed our stay.The place is about 15 minutes walk away from the town centre (uphill...), but we didn't mind.Breakfast was served at the "real" hotel which was about 5 minutes away from our room.We were happy with our stay, but if you are noise sensitive, then you should be aware that there is a bit of street noise at night.
