    Highly Recommend this Hotel

    rating09 Aug 2026

My family's experience at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to book and pay for taxis right at the front desk. Since we needed two rooms they made sure my spouse and I were fairly close to (and on the same floor) as our teenage children. Also, we were able to store our luggage there when we took a flight to another area of the country and checked back in a few days later. They also held our luggage after check out and prior to our final flight home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as well. Soci Assist, Other at Holiday Inn Express Puerto Madero by IHG, responded to this review Hi Jason B,We're delighted to hear that your family had such a fantastic stay with us! It's great to know our team could assist with your taxi bookings and room arrangements to keep your family close. We're also glad you found our luggage storage service convenient during your travels. Thank you for highlighting the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms. We look forward to welcoming you all back on your next visit!- The Staff at Holiday Inn Express Puerto Madero

    Good overnight stay

An excellent choice for one night stay. This is not a full service hotel but has everything needed. Rooms are a generous size. Everything works although showing signs of needing a refresher. Lack of sockets particularly for USB so have an adapter handy. Lot of building work in the area.

    Good stay with family.

Hotel was pretty clean and family friendly. The free breakfasts were excellent as they had a lot of variety. The bathrooms were a little smaller than expected, and are showing their age. Overall I recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in a safe neighborhood visiting Buenos Aires. Staff was pleasant and front desk staff spoke English, which was a big plus.
