A very attractive hotel, comfy room, nice bathroom. There was noise from outside on the street, but I like feeling part of the city.It’s well situated for exploring the town as it’s near the Main Street. I was on my own and found it quite easy to go.and look around. The staff were helpful getting a taxi for me to get to art museums, and helping me get a taxi back.I had a lovely meal in the very nice hotel restaurant.The main problem I had was that over and over my room card wouldn’t open the door. Several times I had to go back to reception and someone had to come and unlock it.Apart from that I really enjoyed my stay. Lovely hotel in nice area of Buenos Aires

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. Hotel is quiet, clean and welcoming with an excellent breakfast. The staff are so nice and welcoming a special mention to the young bar staff especially Augusto, Maricel and Agustina who are very attentive and cheerful. Gym and pool facilities very good also. An excellent hotel

This hotel is practically perfect. The rooms are large and our studio room had a huge bed and a really large, extremely well-appointed bathroom. The pool area on the 17th floor is a calm oasis with panoramic views of downtown Buenos Aires, a pleasantly warm pool and large, quite hot jacuzzi. Breakfast is very good and all the hotel staff are charming. So, just one teeny-weeny complaint. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but no instructions for how to use the thing, and a notice saying guests can only have one coffee pod each per stay. Really? But that’s not enough to prevent me giving the hotel 5 stars.
