    Stayed hear for a group tour. The hotel does not looked well maintained Ed and the rooms are surface cleaned only. The hallways smell like there is moisture in the air. The breakfast is subpar with liquid scrambled Luke warm eggs. The coffee is bitter with an after taste. We walked a block up to the mall where there are coffee shops located that serve real great tasting coffee. I only eat fruit and bread at breakfast. In short it’s good enough for a group that is balancing location and cost . For any other type of stay I would not recommend.

    The staff made made the bed and gave fresh towels daily. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I would defintely stay again

    Impolite staff, although not all3 elevators, 2 of them not working. We reserved 22 rooms, only five has a téléphone!!!!, others not working, just a piece of art in the room 😀Laundry EXTREMELY expensive No complimentary water in the room!!!! Seriously ...the worst hotel I have ever checked in

    This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel in a very long time (and I spend about 1/3 of the year in hotels around the world). The reason for this is very poor customer service and communication. First, I was assigned to a room that had not been cleaned (bed still unmade!) so I had to go back down to the front desk and they thankfully put me in a room that had been cleaned - in fact smelled very strongly of chemicals that didn't dissipate despite an open window (and gave me a headache!). Second, the central air conditioning was broken so the rooms were around 27 C/80 F - very hot and stuffy!! And the windows could only open a crack so didn't cool down very fast. Front desk seemed uncaring (I realize that's out of their control - but a sign could have been posted warning that the Central Aircondition was broken = communication!). Third, the internet was almost nonexistent - extremely slow if it worked. Again, I realize that is out of staff control but there was no communication or help with that. Hallways are quite dark and there are no phones in the room (so if you need anything you have to go down to the front desk in person). Also, be aware of the elevators. Given that I felt quite sick at the time, I decided to move to the hotel next door so I could get better rest. When I informed the front desk I was moving out after just a few hours, there was nothing said to me at all other than "anything from the mini-bar?" - By contrast the hotel right next door (well, just a few doors down on Reconquista - easy to miss) had excellent, friendly customer service and felt very welcoming. Internet was also much faster, central air worked, and there were phones in the rooms (and a delicious breakfast).

    We stayed here 3 different times. Once before and after our trip to Iguazu Falls. Our third time before and after our trip to Antarctica. We had a superior room for first two times and a standard room our last stay. The superior room was bigger which was nice when we had so much luggage. The hotel is in a good location. Only 2 blocks to Florida Street and many restaurants. Only six blocks to a wonderful nature park with a lot of birds, lizards, a beach area and boardwalks. Great way to spend some peaceful time in the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Luana, who worked at the reception desk, was so helpful. She would arrange a taxi for us when we had to go the the airports between our stays. The taxis she arranged were always cheaper than the taxis at the airport. She spoke great English too. The hotel has a storage room for luggage. They held our smaller suitcases for two weeks while we were on our Antarctica cruise. Breakfast was better than a lot of hotels in the USA. A lot of choices. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, bacon, ham, pastries, juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The girl who worked up in the breakfast room was very friendly and greeted everyone with good morning and a smile. The lobby and our rooms were clean and I can't say enough about this hotel. The price was very reasonable. Will stay here again next time we are in BA.
