Poor experience
07 May 2026
Extremely loud at night with very poor water pressure in the shower along with a very poor breakfast. We had free drink vouchers but the bar would not let us choose anything except a small glass of wine or coffee, doesn’t sound like a free drink to me. Will not stay here again Francisca Adelstein, General Manager at Anselmo Buenos Aires, Curio Collection by Hilton, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We regret the inconveniences you experienced regarding water pressure, and breakfast quality. We also apologize for any confusion related to the complimentary drink vouchers, as these are a courtesy offered with specific included options and should have been explained more clearly upon delivery.Your comments are very valuable to us and will be shared with the corresponding teams as we continue working on improvements.Kind regards,Anselmo Management

Great Area; Noisy Rooms
04 Apr 2026
Small hotel in a charming neighborhood with friendly and accommodating staff. Room was cozy and bed comfortable. Noise insulation very bad, though, and I could hear every word spoken in the hallway. Hot water was a problem early in the morning. Don’t bother with the very basic breakfast buffet. The price was good, though, and I’d stay again if I didn’t need to be anywhere early.

Great location, rooms need work

I tried Torrontés wine, a grape variety regional to Argentina, for the first time at this hotel restaurant’s wine bar so for that, it holds a special place in my heart. The restaurant staff, the food, the restaurant courtyard, are definitely the gem of this place. The front desk staff is not the most friendly. The small lounge/room set up for Hilton Diamond members to wait had a bathroom that was disgusting, with overflowing trash. The balcony room we had smelled of mold or mildew, bathroom didn’t drain properly.Great location, with a plaza that opens up on the weekends for art shows, local restaurant eateries and street tango. Francisca Adelstein, General Manager at Anselmo Buenos Aires, Curio Collection by Hilton, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed discovering Torrontés at our wine bar and that our restaurant, food, and courtyard stood out as highlights of your stay.We also appreciate your comments regarding the areas where we can improve. Please be assured that we are already addressing these matters with our team to enhance both the arrival experience and room conditions.Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future.
