    The location is good, close to a subway station and bus stopThe exective room had 1 bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with shower/tub combo.Plenty of hot waterKitchen had a kettle, coffermaker, toaster, 4 burner stove with oven, and a fridgeThe unit was very cleans , but housekeeping was only every second dayThere is no 24 hour from desk , but does have 24 hour security.Would recommend this hotel when staying in Buenos Aires, but note, English is not spoken at this hotel

    Very convenient place. Nice and clean, good size of the rooms and friendly staff. It would be nice with a couple of sunbeds at the rooftop terrace, but that did not stop us from enjoying it. We also enjoyed the exercise room.     Livin' Residence --- Spacious apartment hotel in convenient location in Buenos Aires

    We checked into Livin' Residence apartment hotel after a long flight from Vancouver. It is in a convenient location with cafes, restaurants, shopping in the area. It is also walking distance to the Callao Subway Station. The apartment is spacious, with fridge, cook top, safe and a huge bathroom, a balcony and air conditioning. It is close to some medical facilities and colleges. It is a busy but quiet and safe neighbourhood. 24-hour concierge service.

    Great Price, Great Location, Great Accommodation

    We were very happy with this accommodation, particularly the location with supermarkets, banks and the subte handy.The bed was very comfortable and we thought the size of the apartment was good. We had a kitchen and a dining setting which we used as we like to self cater for meals to save money. One criticism is the frypan had lost all of its teflon so our morning fried eggs ended up more like scrambled eggs.There is a self service laundry in the basement but after 2 days hunting around for tokens at local kiosks, we ended up walking a couple of kilometres to another one . Would have thought that if the accommodation provides a self service laundry then it should be able to provide the tokens required instead of sending guests out on a wild goose chase. Just a suggestion! All in all we were happy with our stay.

    Undoubtetly, this property is located at the heart of the city. Most of the places un "Buenos Aires Walking Tours" is less then 30 minutes away from this place. Besides that it has 24x7 Security.Coming to the comfort and luxury, the rooms are bigger and better then any hotel room under USD200 at Buenos Aires. Icing on the cake is that you have a Kitchen with Microwave, Hot Water Kettle, Toaster and utensils for up to 4 people. You have a large Bed, Sofa a Dining-Study table and a TV Set with more then 300 Channels. Besides that a Balcony and dedicated Internet Line (Well How Can You Not Want Internet).You get the apartment cleaned twice in a week, and you have Laundy machines at the basement at a Gym at the top floor. I strongly recommend this property, if you are planning to stay for more then 4 days.
