    We booked a premium room with a balcony .The room was specious, very clean and had all the amenities. There was jacuzzi in room but very difficult(require some time) to fill up.The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from main shopping street landmarks the Obelisk, San Telmo market and others.Staff were brilliant, very helpful, replying to all requests.We changed money at the reception and the rate was good.     The check in and out process was great. The receptionists were very helpful and exchanged USD into Pesos for me to use. The gentlemen were helpful and the common area was brightly lit with filtered water and tea available as a courtesy. Safe available to store belongings in also. Unfortunately I found my room to be slightly run down and very dark. The size of the bedroom was great, and the bed was large and comfortable, however I found a couple of things to be broken such as some of the lights and a section of my sink. Although the area was central, as a female solo traveler I didn't feel comfortable walking back here alone in the evening.     Stayed here for 4 nights at the end off October. Basic hotel with great service and exceptionally clean. It’s in the centre and most places are walkable. Tea, coffee and water available free all day and night from reception. The staff are great most with good English and some with the use of google translate are very helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in area.

    Nice hotel with friendly staff, ideally located, close to subway stations and bus lines, free wifi, mais aussi access to PC, breakfast buffet not bad (miss some fruits and eggs, orange juice could be better)
