    Great escape in Palermo

    I arrived at 10:45a and they had a room for me! The room itself was large and had everything I needed (including a safe!). The sink/vanity is in the room but the shower/toilet was in a separate space, which was quite small but manageable. Lot of storage space and bedding was comfortable. The included breakfast was ok, enough to get going in the morning! Location can't be beat, on the quieter side of Palermo, but walkable to everything you would want to do there!

    I booked this hotel for one night whilst in transit. I am travelling in Argentina for a while.  Located in the hip and safe neighbourhood of Palermo Hollywood with restaurants and bars on your doorstep.  It wasn't noisy in the room.  Staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant.  They arranged an airport and departure transfer for me and allowed me to keep my room for an extra hour after check out time without charge.  The room was OK.  It was clean but not really spacious and quite dark too.  There was a fridge in the room, tea and coffee as well as a minibar.  WIFI worked fine.  Breakfast was probably the worst I had since coming to Argentina.  I am travelling around for a while.  It looked nice.  There were pastries, breads, fresh fruit, cereals and more.  Eggs are made to order.  The breakfast area was not clean; tables were left dirty.  There was a hair near the orange juice.  The slice of bread I had was not fresh, it was starting to get stale.  The fresh strawberries were rotting.  I ordered a fried egg which was perfectly done.  The coffee was good too.  I have been to Buenos Aires a few times and whilst this hotel was fine, the other hotels I stayed in were better.

    Be Hollywood Hotel exceeded our expectations. We reserved a bit larger room and it was very spacious with small kitchen. Light and bright overlooking fairly quiet treed street. Felt very secure. Close to many good restaurant options. Staff was extremely helpful, kind, professional, English speaking also which helped us navigate everything. I would definitely return.

    A boutique hotel well located in Palermo Hollywood, not luxury but does the basics of hotelkeeping very well. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and there is a good and varied breakfast.The negatives are that the decor is a little dated in the bedroom, the bathroom was small and badly lit (but the sink was in the bedroom so wasn't affected), and the sun deck is less attractive than website pictures show.But as a convenient and comfortable base to sightsee Buenos Aires it was a good choice and I enjoyed my stay

    Year after year they never let me down. Exquisite customer service and fabulous location. The room is great, the place is quite and the little terrace makes it just perfect. One of my favorite places to stay. Looking forward to coming back next year!!!
