  Incredible location and great Wi-Fi but ruined by a major hospitality failure on checkout.

  The Verdict - A bustling downtown hotel with unbeatable walkability but ultimately let down by dated rooms and unacceptable hospitality failures regarding confirmed elite benefits. I cannot recommend it.Pros & Cons - Pros: Unbeatable central location, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and spacious rooms with great separation of space.Cons: Poor guest relations, outdated room interiors, street noise, and a failure to honor confirmed late check-out.Detailed Experience - Service & Staff: Check-in was seamless. As a Marriott member, I was kindly offered a room upgrade and a confirmed late check-out at 14:00, with my key card updated right in front of me. However, the experience soured on departure day. At 12:50, I received a call from the front desk essentially telling me I had 10 minutes to vacate because the hotel was fully booked.Hospitality & Management: When I contacted corporate about the revoked late check-out, the hotel manager later emailed to claim there was no record of it—despite it being granted and programmed into my key at check-in. Had they asked respectfully, it might have been forgivable, but it forced me to scramble, rebook my airport ride, and pay extra. Additionally, daily housekeeping left much to be desired: two bottles of water were provided on day one, but only one was replaced the next day, and none thereafter—a first for any hotel stay in my experience.Room & Comfort: Public spaces are clean and well-maintained. The room itself was large and spacious with a separate living area, walk-in closet, and bedroom. Unfortunately, the room is in dire need of modernization. It was stocked with basic amenities (two TVs, coffee maker, kettle, tea, and stiff, rough linens), but the overall feel was dated.Amenities: I did not use the gym or pool. The Wi-Fi, however, was the best I have ever experienced with only a couple of minor dropped connections. Breakfast was typical and average.Location: Absolute perfection. Located right in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires, making it easy to walk everywhere.Value & Recommendation - Recommended for: Travelers who prioritize a central location and lightning-fast Wi-Fi above all else. Skip if: You are sensitive to street noise, expect updated room decor, or rely on promised elite benefits like late check-out.   The hotel is very nice the room also very good I had a problem with what they charged my for the parking .On the website and on the app it says 20 dls for cars and 30 Dls for vans , they charge me 70 dollars for 1 night .When I complained in Marriott they opened a case and told me that I would get an asker in 5 days Ten days later I called again and they told me they will escalate the problem and that someone called Luciana was going to call meTen days later I called again and after having me on hold for a while they told me that the parking was 70 dollars .In the mean while what the did because the Bonboy client never has the reason they changed the price in the website and in the app.That is how they treat a loyal client .   Outstanding top-tier-performance, the moment you step into their premises, everything works fine, smoothly, member of staff just knows how and when, what to do to make it right.
