    The rooms are ok. A lot of things missing from the room. No Kleenex, only one washcloth., one bottle of water on your first visit Free, then charged for all other bottles, only one package of coffee left in the room for the next morning, no Q-tips no make up remover absolutely no additional items in the bathroom. With the exception of a notification that if you stain their towels or washcloths, you will be charged. So being a female and trying to remove your make up., immediately causes a problem. My airline luggage was delayed. I went to the front desk and ask if they had a toothbrush, toothpaste, a box of Kleenex, etc… they said no and referred me to the pharmacy across the street. The above is not even the worst part of it.. the website claimed a bar and restaurant on site. That’s not true. You have to walk out the front door, walk immediately next door and there is an Italian restaurant where you do get a discount. That being said. There is absolutely not a bar on site or even next-door. I’ve already rebooked a new hotel for tomorrow.. I’m not even gonna stay more than this one night.

    Very comfortable hotel with small galley kitchen (coffee/tea service) and balcony overlooking the city. It's conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the food tour we took. We got in late but all the restaurants were still open.

    Was very clean. Great location. Front desk were very helpful. Came off a cruise pleasant surprise to see so many travellers from our cruise. Can walk to shopping and restaurants. I know I was in a foreign country but was very surprised that there was no English menus. Not complaining just be prepared.

    This is a boutique hotel in Palermo within walking distance of many restaurants nearby. It was a good option for us as we needed to stay somewhere relatively close to the AEP airport.The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and a wrap-around balcony space. But a couple of issues occurred when we were there. 1) Wi-Fi was unstable; we were told that the storm that occurred the weekend before our arrival damaged the WiFi. 2) the hot water didn’t work in the shower, 3) the maid had just finished cleaning our room right before we showed up (at 5 pm) and left some dirty water in the bidet. Despite the issues mentioned above, I’d still recommend this hotel. They can also help arrange EZE airport pick-up at a very reasonable rate.

    Great location in Palermo, just one block from the Subte stop and stop for Bus 152 which takes you to the Center, San Telmo and Boca. Spacious and spotless rooms on a relatively quiet corner with good soundproofing. Several cafes are a block away for breakfast and there's a supermarket nearby too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Uber rides to Palermo Soho are very inexpensive.
