    Stayed for a couple of nights and was very satisfied. Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed. Has a Starbucks accesible from the lobby, a nice plus.

    Staff were friendly & helpful.My room was spacious, modern looking & clean. Everything worked fine.The bed had clean linens & afforded me a comfortable sleep.The shower was over a narrow bath tub but at least there was a handle to hang on to. Hot water & pressure was good.Breakfast was a very good buffet. Something for everybody.Overall, I had a comfortable stay albeit at a premium cost.

    We stayed at the Hotel Bys Palermo for three nights at the front end of our trip to Argentina and then again for seven nights at the tail end. We were very satisfied with the hotel and its amenities.The rooms were clean and a good size. The wifi worked very well.The breakfast that is included is of a very good quality and has a wide selection.The front desk staff were very helpful with providing recommendations for local restaurants and answering any other general questions.The only thing keeping me from giving a score of five out of five is the fact that the water in the roof top pool was a little cloudy, leaving me with the impression that it may not have been tended to in a little while.We would definitely return to this hotel if we were to return to Buenos Aires.

    The hotel is located in Palermo. We stood in a very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is allways ready to help. The hoyel is very clean. The only negative pount was the hair dryier that didnt work well. The room was silent. Dont know if its the same un the rooms facing the main street. Would come back!

    Very bad experience at this HotelPay attention! The moment i arrived at the hotel an employ called Guilhermo came to me to offer cambio blue with a friend called Hugo who has close and able to make an exchange to help me bc i arrived without Pesos. He made a show to distract me and seem helpful (attached picture of the cambista inside the hotel at the main counter doing the show)He was extremely attencious and helpfull, i was vey inocent.I changed 1k usd for 260k pesos, not that bad ok BUT the hotel rate was 440 usd whoever he said it was better to me not to pay in credit card but cashHe charged me the Hotel Rate in Blue Cambio and not in the official rateThat way i payed almost the double in PesosProbably even the hotel received the difference but he but this spread in his pocketDon t recommend this hotel in any chance
