    Great location for exploring the city

    Room was basic but clean, with a TV and small fridge. Despite being centrally located near to shopping area and bus routes, the hotel was quiet with a sense of calm. Staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to leave luggage securely for a couple of weeks.     We found the hotel clean, safe and welcoming. The staff were friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located especially to pedestrian street with shopping and restaurants including Galeria Pacifico. There are several attractions within walking distance. It is also conveniently located to the Yellow Hop on Hop off bus stop. The room is basic but comfortable - exactly as shown in the picture. We would stay here again.     Good hotel in a central location.

    Overall this is a pretty good hotel. Major roadworks outside don’t help with getting in and out of this area. However the reception staff and house cleaning staff are lovely and very friendly. The rooms are clean and bright. The bathrooms very clean. Excellent shower and plenty fresh towel. Some stars docked as no wardrobe or hangers to hang clothes on. Breakfast was pretty good, nice coffee, good scrambled eggs and plenty of pastries.     Ok hotel in the middle of microcentro

    Staff at reception are nice,the location is pretty good as walking distance to many places tou may want to visit. Rooms are small ,everything was fine but I had 2 expensive t shirts stolen from my room! Reception couldn't help ,basically I went away for 8 days and left a few items of clothing in my room amd they weren't there when I returned. Its a shame that this let down my experience of staying there.Breakfast was pretty good if you like cakes and croissants.

    This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms are small, dark and dirty. There is no kettle, safe or iron. The view is a wall and air conditioner. The breakfast is appalling and the staff are grumpy. I had to move from the first room as it’s next to a nightclub and I was awake all night. The only plus was the comfy bed but I couldn’t wait to leave.
