    All bad, bad staff, they have no room maintenance, they did not make our room, they did not leave us the towels, they did not want to lend us a vase or a large glass to put the bouquet of my daughter q was getting married, among other things Bad quality price and the manager is justified with everything and they do not have things for celiacs, then they said q yes But when I asked, only rice cookies.You do not have a nice place to take your things and have mate .You have to consume from there.     The infrastructure is good. Dismal attention. As a proof of this an example: breakfast is until 10 am. Besides being very poor, if you came in earlier and at that time you are having breakfast, they close the entrance door and turn off the light.     Una experiencia frustrante, el precio del hotel es altísimo para lo que es el lugar. El Lounge y et restaurant son muy buenos pero el resto del hotel es un desastre. Se nota mucho la falta de gerencia es notable. Las habitaciones son una mugre, la ducha llena de sarro y hongos, el inodoro todo roto, las sábanas rotas. Lo único rescatable la atención del restaurant. La recepción un desastre. Ni si quieran chequean las habitaciones antes de dártelas.Conclusión, evitarlo si es posibleA frustrating experience. The hotel price is extremely high for what the place offers. The lounge and the restaurant are very good, but the rest of the hotel is a disaster. The lack of management is very noticeable. The rooms are filthy, the shower is full of limescale and mold, the toilet is completely broken, and the sheets are torn.The only redeeming part is the service at the restaurant.The reception is a mess. They don’t even check the rooms before giving them to you.Conclusion: avoid it if possible.

    Well, hotel is Ok. Convenient location, close to Panamericana, Torres del Sol and some other interesting places. They offer excellent rate, clean rooms, free parking and restaurant. It’s an intelligent and cheap option for Pilar.

    The installations of this hotel are absolutely first rate. There is ample space for parking if you travel by car. If you rent a suite, the kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave and everything else are first rate. There is big supermarket just a few blocks away. Breakfast is good, it includes fruits, fresh juices, all kind of cereals and breads. The only flaw is that there are only sweet ingredients, they should add at least some cheese and ham to make it perfect. Wi-fi works very well.
