Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the most elegant and safe commercial and residential area in Buenos Aires, La Recoleta. The following avenues are just a few metres from the hotel: 9 de Julio and Santa Fe. Here guests will find the best luxury shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also embassies, consulates, airline companies and cultural centres such as the Colón Theatre and the Cervantes Theatre in the vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has 12 suites and 118 double rooms, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available.     DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE. They don’t have the prices written on the laundry sheet so we just threw a small load into a bag and checked off how many items. When we checked out they charged us 260,000 pesos!!!!!! Should have thrown out all my clothes and bought new ones for that price.     This hotel located in Buenos Aires was aware that we would arrive late at night from IGUAZU which is 2 hours away by plane. Our flybondi flight to IGUAZU was canceled due to a technical breakdown and I immediately notified the hotel by email and the hotelopia agency (hotelbed) to ask them for a commercial gesture in the event of force majeure. Neither the hotel nor hotelopia responded to us. We were able to take the flight the next day, I went directly to the hotel to explain to them directly, they told me that I had to check with the booking agency hotelbed.com while encouraging me to take the room for the day, deliberately not understanding my request.I contacted hotelbed back in France, they told me it was not up to them to decide, they contacted the hotel which did not want to know anything, no action.This is the true face of this hotel.We lost a night without any commercial gesture Gerencia Amércias, Director General at Cyan Hotel De Las Americas, responded to this review Dear guest We would like to thank you for sending us your comments as they do help us to improve our service.
