    We shared the Easter weekend with friends. We were a group of 22 people. We had little expectation for some comments, but they were greatly exceeded. Clean rooms, facilities in very good condition. Excellent Paddle Court. Breakfast well, and dinner several nights and very good service and variety of dishes.Point to improve , we had several round trips to hire him, which we did directly with the hotel.     I stayed at the hotel. With the intention of seeing the facilities for people with reduced mobility. Seeing that I could not find them, I consulted the reception, but I had no answer during my entire stay. On the last day, seeing that the Manager was there, I ask to speak to him about it. In response to my inquiry, his answer literally was: I'M NOT TURNING THE HOTEL INTO A HOSPITAL. I just needed a railing and some adapter for the shower.     With my family we decided to come and spend Mother’s Weekend.(2025) (My wife and 1.5-year-old baby).When you make the reservation. Declare two adults and a 1.5-year-old baby as passengers.I chose the double room option with king-size bed plus a baby with dinnerWhen you pay the reservation, they tell me that the baby is free of charge.When you arrived and checked in, the problems started.The room didn't have a crib, I didn't have the white clothes for the baby, I didn't have the towel for the baby, I got voucher for dinner and lunch.Not only that. When entering the room the door was impossible to close, I had to wait for two people from the hotel to see that what I said was true and then wait for the maintenance person to come (40 min) and will solve the problem, dirtying the room.Relax and rest I owe you.When I go to the restaurant for dinner (dinner included in the package) I learn that my baby's dinner is not included.. Not only that at the reception when I raise all this, they treat me with high-mindedness and pride saying that is what I hired, when they lack the truth.I was asking to speak to someone responsible and they don't show up. I keep claiming this without success.They know of the management that you travel with baby and they call you to the room to offer you the cot 22:30 hs. (They wake your son up.)On the other hand...Heated pool grime to but not able...Super girl.All the kids jump, scream and nobody controls.You must request turn for everything, then no one fulfills anything,The rest of the hotel charisimo.If it's your turn on a rainy day, you don't have to do the boys. There is no playroom, nothing gives of that.All day from the room you hear guys screaming and running. Nobody controls anything.I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. I TRAVEL WITH GUYS NORMALLY AND NEVER HAPPEN SOMETHING LIKE THAT.I NEVER FELT LIKE ANYONE WOULD EVER KEEP OR KNOCK AS MUCH AS MY 1.5-YEAR-OLD BABY.     Horrible place - made us throw out our food in order to give us our key as they have a no outside food policy

    The desk clerk saw that we had some chips and some other snacks for the kids, including some milk and meat and beer that we had bought earlier and planned on keeping in the room refrigerator. They explained they had a no outside food or alcohol policy and would not give us the keys until we returned all of the items to our rental car. We were able to smuggle some supplies into the room later in our backpack but the meat and milk had to be all thrown out in the morning after storing them in the car all night. This policy is not on their website at all. Even though we had booked our stay online it sill tool over 40 minutes just to check in with no line. This place blows goats.

    The staff are great (Nestor, Luciana and Mary on reception), but especially Ayelén in the restaurant. She went beyond the call of duty to help us on a non-restaurant matter (trying to find transport when none was available). Although we didn't make use of them, the hotel has good facilities - sauna, small gym, indoor heated pool, large outdoor pool, children's play area, etc. Good wifi & good breakfast. The room was comfortable, with a huge bed. Unfortunately, the sheets didn't fit the bed and there was no duvet cover, so they slipped as you moved. Shampoo & soap dispensers in the bathroom didn't work and no alternative provided. Restaurant a little expensive.
