Location

The city business hotel is located in the Recoleta district, in the most distinguished area and the head of much of the hierarchy in Buenos Aires.     The customer service provided makes this a 5 star rating. The hotel itself is small and our room and bathroom were tiny but adequate. The view of the city was beautiful from our room - worth upgrading. Several things to note - the front desk is extremely helpful and fluent in English. Martin and Abigail were amazing. Breakfast is charming, serving things from various countries. Kiki was very helpful and cheerful - made the day start on a happy note.

    Great location and view from the 15th floor. Great service in general. Had some issues with the safe that were promptly handled. Breakfast is a buffet but very tasty. Minus point: no bathrobes or slippers in room. We will certainly go back!

    We loved this hotel- it was clean, comfortable, safe and very close to several beautiful parks. The hosts at the front desk were kind and attentive and were able to help us with our requests and questions right away. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

    The staff was outstanding and the hotel is in excellent location. There were a few cosmetic issues with the room but nothing that affected our stay. Any thing we need help with staff was quick to resolve. The Breakfast was excellent and coffee was outstanding.

    This hotel is in a convenient location in a side street in La Recoleta. Our room was on the tenth floor and we found it quiet.Our room was spacious. Only couple of points which held me back from a higher rating. The decor is tired and our hot water was temperamental. At the end of our stay, the hotel was much fuller. There is only a small breakfast area and not enough tables for everyone. We ended up having our breakfast sitting on a settee near the front door. Breakfast was buffet style and perfectly adequate.We were here for 4 nights. Reading previous reviews, I can assure you, reception was fully staffed throughout our stay. Staff spoke English. They were very helpful, particularly Augustina.
