This business hotel is located in the Retiro/Recoleta neighbourhood, close to Puerto Madero, in a privileged residential area, which is one of the most elegant in the city. Facility

52 suites and 63 single rooms are located on 14 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Rooms

    Great Buenos Aires hotel stay

    We stayed 5 great nights during a vacation in Buenos Aires. Natalia at the front desk was VERY helpful through out stay, as was Alexander. Excellent recommendation for tango shows, restaurants & tours. Beds were comfortable & we appreciated the convenience of a good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was plentifully with a nice variety. Conveniently located in the city, walking distance to restaurants, shops & grocery store. We would stay here again.     Nice hotel for the price !!

    I was there for only 5 hours, had to book them because Emperador Hotel wanted to charge me $400 for an early check in. Not disappointed a bit for booking the property for my short stay.Hotel is centrally located, nice and clean rooms. I was on the 13th floor and the room was of good size. Hotel employees were nice and helpful. Check in was fast and without any fuss. Their mini bar was stocked which was a total surprise because they were empty in the Emperador Hotel and the Sheraton where I stayed later. Although rooms are a little old but not a big turnoff. Another person whom I met on my trip also booked the same hotel too. Missed not using the rooftop pool though.     Lovely hotel in a great location. Handy for all amenities and for all tourist attractions. Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly - particularly Maximilliano and Carla in the restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. Could probably be due an upgrade as the bathroom was a bit dated. Great air con and free Wi-Fi too. The rooftop pool was a bit disappointing - wasn’t always open and seemed a bit run down. How ever this did not spoil our stay and we would return.     One of the worst ever experiences

    The room was bad to a extent that would not fit into this text box. I could summarize it as: dated back in the'70's work ZERO maintenance ever since. Old fashioned, with broken paperwall, broken shower curtain (yes, old fabric curtains and broken), with stripped cables of the night lamp, old dirty carpets on the floor even when the pictures promised a woody one.... See it by yourself in the pictures.     Great place to stay close to city centre

    Stayed for 5 nights on a last-minute family trip to BA. I'd stayed here 20 years before, remembered it favorably, and wasn't disappointed. We chose a larger room, (not much more expensive than the basic rooms) which turned out to be a small suite. Beds very comfy, rooms well-cleaned each day. Nice breakfast with enough choice to keep us interested each day. Slept great. Used their parking garage for our rental car, which is run as a valet service by Concierge & door staff. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and patient with us, including helping us to understand the way to change money safely on the "Blue Dollar" market. It's not a luxury resort-style hotel, but if you want a good-quality hotel, pretty central that is very clean, very friendly and very comfy you'll find it hard to beat. Good reasonably priced family restaurants nearby, and a supermarket across the street were also useful. Note - I read the previous recent reviews on this page - all were helpful and proved to be very accurate.
