    "A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Buenos Aires"

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires and cannot recommend it highly enough!From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help — no matter the time of day. Their hospitality truly made a difference and set the tone for our entire stay.We were delighted to receive a room upgrade upon check-in, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The room itself was beautifully appointed, very spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping was impeccable throughout our stay.Breakfast was a real highlight — varied, fresh, and delicious every morning. And in the evenings, the hotel bar is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of champagne after a day of exploring this magnificent city.The location is also excellent — well situated and convenient for getting around Buenos Aires.Overall, our stay was simply perfect. We will definitely be back!

    Thank you to the staff here for making our stay so wonderful. Our room was so large and comfortable. The daily breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible! The Pony Bar is a good place for a drink.

    Best Luxury Option in Buenos Aires

    We had an excellent experience over our two-night stay in a suite within the historic mansion building. Such a beautiful, private setting with vintage-but-fresh furnishings and decor (and seemingly a private security force). We enjoyed starting each day with breakfast at Elena - great service, coffee offerings, and array of delicious and healthy food. The pool was well heated and a relaxing stopping point at the end of each day - so nice to float while looking up at the gorgeous Mansion and blue sky. Special thanks to our guest service ambassador Candela De Marco. She set a platinum standard for guest care and attentiveness, even by FS's extremely high standards. The front desk and concierge staff were welcoming and helpful, too. Would definitely pick the FS if we return to Buenos Aires.

    Exceptional service - perfect place in Buenos Aires!

    We stayed four nights in the mansion which I highly recommend. It’s like stepping back in time with modern day amenities. Staff was amazing from front desk, valets, concierges and housekeeping. I do not recommend booking e-lounge not worth it - room is dark & small outside space faces highway. Food is limited. But highly recommend polo day excursion! Ezekiel was our guide and was so passionate about polo and a great teacher was even able to get us newbies playing polo!     Nothing but the best from the Four Seasons

    This hotel as a solo traveller is perfect. I wanted a place to get over jet lag and have bit of luxury after my travels and it did just that! Every single member of staff I spoke to where so lovely and on my last night when I had an issue with the noise coming from the air conditioning unit, someone was sent up right away to fix it (12.43am).I very much enjoy the app and texting when I need something rather than calling. The staff responded quickly every time. The pool is where I spent most of my time and the staff were attentive and polite. The hummus and pita is so good! I also had a massage which was wonderful and the woman at the spa reception, her name began with D (I’m so sorry for forgetting it) was so polite.The bed was so comfortable, showers amazing. It’s everything I come to expect from the Four Seasons, I honestly didn’t want to leave.Oh also they provided me with a bookmark magnet and glasses cleaner material when I left my book and glasses case out.
