  Beautiful Hotel Lovely room with a beautiful balcony.Plenty of hot water. A Large Comfortable Bed with lots of big fluffy pillos. Great breakfast in a beautiful bright garden room.The bar was elegant,the bartender served excellent drinks.There is a very nice rooftop terrace adjacent to a nice little gym.The staff was terrific. They were so helpful and friendly. The staff was the best part.The hotel is in an excellent location close to parks and many restaurants. We will stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality. Love

  This hotel was a true delight in every way. First, our plane was delayed, so we arrived after midnight, instead of our projected arrival of 3pm...quite a difference. I messaged the hotel and they were so gracious and expressed concern for me, not themselves. I know hotels, "man" their desks, 24-7, but I didn't expect the warm welcome we received. The hotel itself is a, "work of art." It is so beautifully appointed, yet has a comfortable, home-like feeling. Prior reviews were right, they assisted us with arrangements for several excursions. On our last day, we asked them to arrange for a cab that could drive us around to see the sites at a more micro-level. The driver was perfect and exactly met our needs. We were within walking distance of the hop-on-hop off and many restaurants. We also went to the local mall, which was fun...very different from our malls at home. Let me also comment about the hotel's daily breakfast...wow! The food was so fresh, and so well presented. We couldn't wait to get downstairs every morning and partake of all the delicious goodies. I'm sorry I did not get the attendants name. She was so warm and friendly...everyone was. I can't wait to return.

  Do yourself a favor, stay at Hotel Club Frances.

  Hotel Club Frances is one of the best boutique hotels I stayed at. It's meticulously maintained, decorated to reflect the character of the era it was built in, and it is located within walking distance to many city attractions. Customer Service provided by the Staff was at the highest level; all our requests (help with booking or canceling trips, extending a check-out on our last day by moving us to a room that was available, extra dining requests, billing questions after the trip) were answered professionally and promptly. The bathrooms were spacious, modern and had bidets. Rooms have wood floors, nice decor and were spacious as well. Ground floor restaurant, breakfast patio and bar are all clean and have a nice vibe. The hotel lobby takes you back to old glory days of architecture. We walked to Recoleta and many other attractions. Streets around the hotel were clean, safe and you can find dining options nearby and admire old architecture while you search for the tastiest beef dish you've ever had. But it's not just beef that is delicious in Buenos. It is everything... milk, baguettes, chocolate... bring an extra pair of pants, a size larger! Thank you, Hotel Club Frances. We will be back.

  I ate ate at the Club Frances restaurant at least 10 times last year and took my family there this year 4 times. We tried most of the 5 star restaurants over our 6 week stays each year and no one matched the Hotel Club Frances for the quality of food or the attentive service or the beautiful, Winter Gaden, atmosphere. On the strength of the restaurant, I booked a stay before taking over my rental apartment. The room, amenities and service were 4 star. The buffet breakfast ( included) was superb. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel more highly. The front desk personnel 5 star.   Hotel Club Francés is a gem, and its staff goes above and beyond

  Hotel Club Frances is located in Recoleta which is equivalent to Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, but more beautiful, older, and with much more history and cultural attractions. The area is incredible, and the hotel could not be in a more central location with walking distance to top shopping, dining, and places like the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colón. The hotel is a historic French social club and the lobby and dining areas are beautiful and old world in their feel with beautiful wooden walls in the bar and dining room and marble floors and a grand staircase in the lobby area. A bountiful breakfast buffet is served every morning and can be taken in an enclosed atrium outside the dining room which is light and airy and gorgeous. A la carte items can be added to breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the comfort of the beds and quality of the linens a particular highlight, particularly after a long haul flight. Bathrooms are large and updated by Argentine standards. What makes this boutique hotel stand out as a gem, however, if all this were not enough, is the attentive and cheerful staff who address every concern, question, or need effectively, with enthusiasm, and very well from the front desk, to the valet, to waiters and waitresses, and housekeeping. Know that dining reservations, tour plans, and car service arrangements are all highly on point- the recommendations include the best the city has to offer and the arrangements are easily made by the front desk staff. All of the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home and cared for while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I was fortunate to stay here four times in the past few months while traveling in Argentina. I have stayed in more commonly known 5 star hotels in the area and found them lacking compared to Hotel Club Francés. I consider it a home away from home, and would not choose another hotel In Buenos Aires. Thank you for all of your assistance and care!
