    NOT THE BEST PLACE TO STAY

    We selected this hotel due to the location as I needed to be in the Balvanera Area and also for being part of the Ramada Chain of Hotels. The hotel is located next to door to the the Abastos Shopping center, public transportation near by as well as restaurants. When we checked in, we were told that the room was cleaned only every other day and if we needed to take garbage out before then we needed to take it to the curb ourselves. During our 10 day stay the room was cleaned 2 times only and the towels changed once. The bathroom would flood every time we showered. The sink was badly installed. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were two lamps in the room which none of them had light bulbs in them. We had issues with the air conditioner as it would throw hot air in the middle of the night. While the rate included breakfast, it was not worth it. Unfortunately, there is restaurant with loud music on the weekends as late as 2:00AM making it impossible to sleep. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. I would not stay here again.
