    Great hotel to stay while we waiting to take the transatlantic cruise. Room was very clean and staff was attentive. Close to the colon theatre.     Not Too Bad

    Not as grand as you would think but not entirely a disaster. The rooms are on the smallish side and a bit sad looking. The bathroom looks like they started renovating but got sidetracked. No tissues in the room. No complimentary water AT ALL. Breakfast is basic. No bacon! 😔 no made to order eggs (clearly I have been spoiled) No teaspoons! (Spoiled again) get your own tea and coffee. Pleasantly surprised with fresh orange juice. Still no bacon 😢 The beds are comfy though, and the pillows are super soft ☺️ which I appreciated and slept ten hours in bliss. Our tv had no English speaking channels or YouTube and had to get maintenance to fix it. The location is great though and that’s what makes it popular I guess.     We staid four nights in room 216 second floor. Just above the restaurant every morning at about five we woke up because of noise, scraping chairs etc. From the restaurant! 😢This is no four star experience! The chairs in the restaurant should be couvered with a soft material and personal must be aware of the nois they make while putting up breakfast!!I am really tired after staying four nights!!     Four stars Hotel at the center of Buenos Aires

    This is a great hotel in one of safest places of Buenos Aires. Have roof top bar, great pool in the last floor, very proffesional team, and elegant. The room was cozy with a great bed and pillows just to relax. Mini bar with the necessary monchies, beers and refreshments. You can see the Obelisk of Buenos Aires from the hotel and walk to it. It's an iconic place. Very comfortable and at the center of everithing. I recommend it.     We got off to a bad start. We arrived and struggled to get through the hotel doors with our heavy suitcases. A member of staff just stood there and watched us!
