    The hotel room is average. Comfortable bed & pillows, very clean changed the bedding every day. Only allowed 2 towels per day or you have to pay extra. So strict with allowing food in your room. My husband tried to bring in 2 slices of pizza at 9 PM & stopped by security like he was bringing in something illegal. Very strange rule! Checkout is very early 10 AM. For late check-out it cost me $65 Canadian. The pool is very large & clean but looks like it needs a good refurbishing. Chairs are ok but many are broken. For a cheap place to stay it's ok if you can get past the rules. ☺️

    We arrived at 6 am after a fifteen hour international flight that was delayed by 6 hours. Our young son was sick and we needed a quick check in. Instead the insensitive and incompetent front desk trainee staff including an extremely dismissive Shamilla & Manuel refused to check us in as we asked them to hurry up after they had taken forever to do a check in . In essence this hotel staff tried to deny us stay at the hotel once I asked them to expedite the check in as our son was sick with exhaustion and needed to get to a room. I requested to be connected to a manager and was instead provided a reception email address. In all our years of international travel and experience with hotels world wide we have never encountered worse customer service and reception at a hotel. Please avoid this rip off hotel at all costs. If this hotel has any supervisory staff, I will be pleased to hear from them. Eventually another staff was able to assist, the real issue being that the incompetent Shamilla and Manuel had missed an entry that the check in process required which the other staff was able to fix quickly. Nightmarish experience in our first hour in Buenos Aires making the whole experience bitter from the onset. Avoid this hotel or regret it.

    despite booking and paying for the stay in full I was not checked into the hotel. I had to look for another one. Reason? I forgot my credit card and without this magic thing they won't let you into the hotel, absolutely idiotic situation, I've been to many hotels in the world but I've never experienced anything so stupid.apart from that I advise against visiting Argentina, boring country

    Extremely Disappointing Experience_I recently had the misfortune of booking a room at this hotel on short notice due to a flight cancellation. My one-night stay was marred by appalling mistreatment from the staff. The hotel's inability to manage basic guest situations is staggering.Upon arrival, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly front desk team. The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issues. They appeared untrained in basic customer service.The lack of empathy and understanding from the staff was shocking. It's clear that the hotel is severely understaffed and unprepared to handle even the simplest requests.Unless the hotel takes serious steps to address3 these issues, I strongly advise against staying here. The mistreatment I received has left a sour taste, and I will not return.- Unfriendly and dismissive front desk staff- Poor management of basic guest situations- Lack of empathy and understanding from staff- Severe understaffing and unpreparedness_Would not recommend_

    The receptionists are awful. All the personnel treats you like garbage. It's unimaginable that a 4 star hotel would make their guests feel like they are not welcome. No manager on site to complain about these things. Terrible breakfast. Everything about it is just dreadful. Hard pass.
