8 junior suites, 8 suites and 417 single rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library.     As an HHonors Diamond member during 30 years I have previously stayed quite a few times at this gorgeous Buenos Ayres Hilton hotel. It has always been satisfying to me. This time, however, now as a Lifetime Diamond, I have to say it was magically different thanks mainly to Front Desk Supervisor Miss Katerine Peña and General Manager Mr Mariano Cannello . They personally made sure every detail of my stay would be perfect in every way, from upgrading my room to sending delicate delicious sweets , chocolates, wine gifts to my room and much more...Along with the great breakfast at the restaurant and Happy Hour Services at the Executive Lounge, those above mentioned details made my stay simply incredible.Thank you very much Miss Katherine Peña and Mr Cannello for such memorable time!     What can I say but WOW!!! The Hilton BA will not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful, modern, fresh and clean! The servers in the lobby bar are outstanding. Ramiro and Franco are outstanding! The absolute best and most kind gentlemen. Daiana at the front desk deserves the employee of the year award. One of the best check in experiences of my life. She did everything with class and glamour and made sure we were perfectly accommodated with a late check out and a special treat ?? sent to our room for my birthday. Francesca (may have this name wrong, but she worked the executive lounge breakfast on September 19). She had our omelets perfectly made. Shout out to chef too! The rooms are beautiful with the most comfortable bed.
