    The good: At the reception we were well served and it was quick. Breakfast varied (toast, butter, fat crescents and butter, sweets, ham, cheese, fruit, cakes, puddings, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice) the temperature of the pool, games room, the room was large and the shower had water pressure.     U very comfortable hotel with large room with balcony with armchairs and tables. We were with my friend in 1 room overlooking the lagoon. Very clean and with lots of cleaning staffVery good in out pool, huge external and a separate children's pool with beautiful water gamesGood breakfast, just need to have scrambled eggsTo access floor 1 there is ramp and we saw that there is hab without bathtubWe stayed from March 8 to 13 and excellent experienceWe take 1 massage session and also highly recommendedI'd come back.     The hotel is 4 stars but has shortcomings. The worst part is that it has no wi fi in the rooms. He doesn't even have a signal. The messages weren't coming out even using our data. You had to go to the reception to be able to use the wi fi and in the park area, it depended on where you were located. Another negative detail is that cleaning is not enough, both the chairs and the balcony had spider webs, and were not new webs from the previous day. They were big. Cleaning of the rooms takes place from 15 to 20 hours. I consider the schedule inadequate, we returned to our room at 4 and it was still dirty and messy. Another negative point is that on Saturday the hotel explodes and there are not enough restrooms. People had to get in two in a single restroom. Those are the negative things, in terms of the positives, the location is very good, facing the lagoon, the park and the pools very nice (although it could be a little cleaner the water), the rooms super spacious and tastefully. Flawless breakfast, super hearty and rich. We took the promo two nights and one free of charge, with a free dinner and it was perfect everything. It is more right there that we learn that the check out with this promotion is extended until 18 hours. See that because you're not notified. I don't know why they don't tell him first...
