    We came to this hotel as a family gift. Just stayed one night, and I would say one was enough. The Hotel is a recycled old family property. The building and surroundings are nice and it has a very beautiful park and gardens. Has outside parking with security. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. The room has a small safe, so that is a plus. Now the downside that makes me give it only 2 stars. The place really (desperately) needs cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom is full of fungus, the toilet has zero water pressure so really a challenge to flush, the "videt" had a permanent water leak. The room was also quite dirty. Breakfast...a poor quantity of bad quality products. The SPA (as continuing the standard) was also dirty and with humidity everywhere. They even asked us if our room towels were ok so we could also use them in the spa...? (never experienced this one before). The SPA has a nice and comfortable heated pool, which of course was dirty also, the water was all foggy and nothing transparent. With a horrible smell. The Scottish shower was all fifthly also...Photos of these aspects attached in the reviewFront desk service was professional and correct. We did not use the Restaurant service for lunch nor dinner.All of this for a fee that doesn't justify the investment. There are better options in the Pilar area....15 minutes more of drive, but better cost/benefit. I would not return.

    Superb landscaped gardens surrounding the pool area, but not a very quiet location!

    My wife and I went to the hotel last month. The hotel caters for conferences too. And couples and groups frequently go for the day Lovely gardens around the pool, which was quite large. The only minus is the fact that the hotel is situated close to a main highway, but you get used to it. The restaurant offers a limited menu, and the ambience there is somewhat soulless. Several nights we went to a local restaurant in Escobar. Welcoming service, receptionists all speak English. Recommended, but beware of the traffic noise.

    This hotel is the worst hotel i ever stay rooms looks oldest than ever restaurant its the worst i see in my life and they organize weeding with loud music during all the night and by the way if you re there you can sleep ..... if you’re around this area please don t choose this hotel ....

    Day of Spa. Good Overall, but Bad Service

    We booked this hotel to spend a day at the spa and hotel facilities, using a Groupon promotion. We were 9 of us.The hotel is next to the Panamericana route, so is pretty noisy. But the ground is big and nice. The outdoor pool is big and enticing. The spa is pretty complete, with an indoor pool with warm water, with water fountains and pool chairs. There are also steam and sauna rooms, scottish showers and massage rooms. There is a restaurant with an outdoor gallery, which is also very enticing. Since we were 9, we had a great time, forgetting the "issues".However, there are many things that the hotel could improve, but it doesn't, mainly because of the poor service. As examples:- Our booking was for a Wednesday. My mum had heart surgery on Monday and Thursday, so we asked to postpone the day. Mariela, the spa Manager, simply refused with no apparent reason and without any interest in the cause of the request (even after reminding her that she should have some compassion). We still decided to go, and the spa was almost empty. Not sure how the hotel hires a Manager like Mariela,- The chairs at the indoor pool have no cushions- You need to RENT the spa robes for daily use. They only give you small towels- At the outdoor pool, management refused to serve drinks or food, for no apparent reason- the floor of the outdoor pool was very dirty- there was only one massage therapist. They had to call more for us- The Scottish shower hardly worked. The jets had no pressure- The locker rooms were small and uncomfortable. The showers had no shower heads- the prefix lunch at the restaurant was very basic. The chicken ceasar salad had almost no chicken. The lunch did not even include soft drinksAverage

    This hotel (resort) is located near a busy road. Although the area within the hotel is nice and calm, the noise of cars and trucks at night is constant. Dirty and smelly rooms, poor room cleaning service and poor food. Away from everything except from the industries in the surroundings it’s not worthy to stay. One remark for the ladies working at the restaurant, they were very helpful.
