    Old and falling apart and staff's surliness doesn't help

    Hands down the worst hotel we have stayed at in Buenos Aires. Staff is not friendly at all and kept giving us attitude when we kindly asked if they could change our rooms so that we could all be near each other. Breakfast is disgusting with most of the food unprotected and flies right on top of it. The rooms are in terrible condition. We wouldn't visit this property again even if was free.

    Excellent customer service. We only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. Accomodations were in perfect state, comfy beds. We ate at the hotels restaurant and the food was delicious. We had to leave super early in the morning (5:30 am) and they offered breakfast to go which was really kind and very complete.     Location was way too remote with nothing nearby

    I was literally afraid on the drive in to this hotel as it was much further from the airport than expected since it was listed on the near EZE airport offerings and it was down a long gravel, bumpy road near nothing. (I literally thought my driver was taking me out in the wilderness to kill me). I was so relieved to see a nice hotel upon arrival. BUT the staff spoke little to no English, nor did the shuttle driver making this all very difficult. The restaurant had no English menu either. The pool, grounds and lobby were beautiful. But the rooms need many repairs & had no hairdryer. The shuttle was only free on the way from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was $25.

    The worse experience we ever had. STEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

    · We needed to moved 4 bedrooms because they were all NOT clean and with hairs of genitals and head in all our bed!! This was a bad taste.. we wanted to leave the hotel and asked for refund. No one was allow to do so, just the manager, they make us and lie to us to wait till manager is Comming. He came at 9am 5min before leaving and his answer was “no refund according to the policy and I won’t give you the money” very rud… we started discussing and he called the police (we were all family together ) police came to see what happen (since they are next door and they have breakfast in the hotel) we explained the situation and left to keep our travel. Very bad image for the kids and families were involve. This manager should be fire or controlled immediately. He is far from being able to manage a hotel and service client. The hotel is old, bedsheet with balls and pillows all with crumbs . Really unnesseary expirience and we hope people don’t go there anymore after such a thing. We are also hotel managers and owners and we were very concerned about the expirience we had, we never had something like that. The restaurant also serve us old salad which we throw and fermentate wine with pieces of corcho inside!!! And they did NOT change it or refund. We think that something is going on there in the background…

    Reviews are all over the place, and the main difference is expectation. You are here because you have a flight tomorrow morning. And this is the place you should be. It is isolated, but also secure. Rooms are comfortable. Hot water early morning is limited, otherwise fine. Access is easy, BUT google maps currently directs you to the old access, which is closed. The new exit from the highway is one past the old one and there is a sign for the hotel. The new access road is smooth all weather gravel. It was raining hard when we arrived, no problem. Restaurant is serviceable. We had some good steak, cooked properly, a decent mushroom risotto, and some dessert. Also a reasonable bottle of Malbec. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which is hourly. Takes about 20 minutes. If you care about it, the grounds are surprisingly birdy. There is a Caracara roost of about 100, also woodpeckers, roadside hawks, and other. It was raining, so we saw this out the window, but on a sunny day, worth walking the grounds. The coast over lagoon in front of me is the preferred area, since there are none of those giant hotels near us here.We provide the amenities you want without charging more. Our free and fast WiFi even reaches the pool in front of us. Guests enjoy our cuisine and grill on Sundays while enjoying the panoramic view of the lagoon.I also want to thank you for your comment about our airport transfer service. We know you work hard during the holidays. You deserve a friendly and attentive staff to help make your vacation excellent!
