    Very good hotel in a good location. Top hospitality, even though some personel speak very limited english. Stayed in two different rooms, as i had two separate bookings with couple days out to Montevideo. Both rooms had bathtubs which I always prefer. Premium room had a nice view to the street as well. Be aware that you might have trouble with power outlets due to their local standard. There is no universal in the room and the one used in Argentina is not that common anywhere else.

    Great location close to everything, very friendly and accommodating stuff.Very quiet and pretty clean If I am going to be picky, they need better toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion and a washing cloth

    Great location, within walking distance to major city attractions.The room was big, the bed comfortable, the only thing we didn't like was the shower, it was really hard to set the right temperature.The receptionist was very polite, he even allowed us to check in and get into the room early in the morning

    Having stayed in the predecessor property named Hotel Vista Sol some years ago, indeed I realized it had changed the brand name to RicanaBA when I entered the place in order to check in as the travel website where I made the booking still offers it as "Hotel Vista Sol". Staff told me it was re-inaugurated a few months ago but to be honest most things including the minimalist decor and design remain basically the same. I am very happy with this establishment as it is a low-profile and a little bit hidden hotel as well as located in the heart of Buenos Aires downtown. Breakfast is great and staff is fine and funny specially the fatty lady who always is taking care of guests and offfers to have fried eggs prepared (which were very tasty, by the way). Front desk staff is also very friendly above all the lady from Venezuela Virginia, who has been very sympathetic and tries to acomodate the needs of guests. For the people traveling for business, there is no business center or desktop computers so the guest has to bring their own laptop or device. Behind the lobby area the area is ample and ideal for meeting people or reading, it is a very inviting place. For being a budget hotel of 3 stars and a half, it is highly recommendable, having confortable rooms with good air conditioning for the warm season.

    My boyfriend and i spent two nights here. It was fairly priced and the bed was huge along with the size of the room. We really enjoyed our stay here. Also everything is within walking distance including the big mall here and the subway.
