Location

This charming design hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood and within walking distance of the most important points of interest in the city, be it commercial, financial or tourist. Jorge Newbery Airport is some 15 km from the hotel and Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini Airport is approximately 35 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 12 single rooms and 12 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     This is a near luxury property. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The room was spotless. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is impressive. However, you have to be buzzed into the hotel from the front desk. They will buzz anyone in who approaches the main door. You do not need to show your key or other credentials to be let in. This lack of real security was alarming. Management is argumentative instead of being gracious. When you are told your room is second best, not one of their best, you know you have an untrained staff for an aspirational luxury property. Highly recommended but not if you want a true luxury experience.     I will definitely stay here again when I come back. The staff was incredible and the rooms were comfy and perfect. The location is in the heart of Palermo so everything is walkable.     Back for what is probably our 6th time over the past 10 years…the Ilum is the best boutique hotel anywhere in the world, Florencia, the GM is amazing and leads a wonderful friendly professional staff. Special kudos to Matthias at the front desk for his warm, friendly, 5 STAR service. The rooms, the pool, the location, the breakfast and the hospitality here are second to none. This is a must stay if you are in BA and staying in Palermo!     Lovely hotel in the heart of the city!

    We were lucky to stay here whilst in Buenos Aires whilst travelling around Argentina. Check in was quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival despite arriving early. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly.There was a large variety of food to choose from at breakfast, all of high quality.Beds were very comfortable and so we had no problems sleeping. The hotel itself is very centrally located for lots of great cafes and restaurants and also within walking distance to some beautiful parks.After checking out, we received a message from hotel staff to say my husband had left behind some shirts.     I must tell you that staying at Ilum Experience Home was one extraordinary experience I had in a hotel. I traveled all my life (more than 4 000 000 miles) and slept in hundreds of hotels and Ilum Experience Home was almost a unique experience. The personnel, mainly Analia, Denise and Milena at the reception desk and Lorena at the restaurant are extraordinary and loveable and offer an incredible service. You really feel as you are at home. It was a really excellent HOME EXPERIENCE that we will remember for a long time. So thank you to this terrific personnel and do not hesitate to reserve at this hotel.
