Location

    Beautiful hotel right on 9 de Julio a couple of blocks from the Obelisco. Will go back although wish you could still smoke! Great restaurants nearby, try the Museo del Jam on, wonderful food and service.     Poor choice!

    My room in this hotel was one of the most depressing rooms I have ever stayed in. The walls were dirty, the towels were frayed, the furniture was shabby. The view out my window was of a blank wall. The breakfast was included and was tolerable. But don"t eat dinner in the restaurant.     One hotel to be avoided

    The room we were allocated was like cell so asked to be moved to one larger. It was a bit better with good views of the busy street. The carpet on the staircase from the lobby to the breakfast room looked like it hadn't been brushed or hoovered for days. The towels were very old and threadbare and needed renewing. When we returned to our room at 4-00pm after a hot tiring day of sightseeing we found the room had still not been cleaned. We had to wait for the room to be serviced before we could take a shower. The breakfast was also of poor quality. The only thing good about this hotel was its position which was near to the main attractions. We would not recommend this hotel.     Rooms are ok, they've got TV, internet, hot water and card-key. It is ubicated in the main Avenue of Buenos Aires. Three blocks fron the Obelisk.They've got a computer if need to use it, breakfast is included, you can choose whatever you want to eat from the bar of fruits, juice, bread, drinks, etc.Service is not so good, the recepcionist (the woman) doesn't explain anything, her mood is awful and the guard doesn't help with anything even if it is a question about a place or where the lights are.     Needs Improvement!

    Despite the central location, this hotel needs improvement in most areas as it has seen better days. The sheet covering my mattress was not a fitted sheet, sliding around to reveal an old, stained mattress with no mattress pad - yuck! The folding door to the shower swings open as you shower, requiring you to contantly either hold it closed somehow or get water all over the floor. The safe door has broken hinges. Maid service is all over the map, didn’t show up yesterday until after five and didn’t replace dirty towels. Today, despite checking out later, at 9:00 a.m., I heard a quick knock on the door, but before I could even react, the maid used her key to open the door! Of course there is no “do not disturb” sign in the room either. The only saving grace was that front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
