    Before you book this hotel think twice. When you go to your room check bed linen and towels for stains/spots and holes. Remember to document this with reception immediately, otherwise they will charge you a cleaning fee the following day.We booked and paid for 3 nights through Wotif.com.After one night we moved to another hotel with clean bed linen and towels.In our experience the room was dirty and the bed linen/towels in a very poor condition. The was no manager on site, but a receptionist with a bad attitude.

    Great deal and stay in Buenos Aires.

    Stayed at this place for a night in BA. Place was a great deal compared to other prices in the area. Room was small, but in great condition. The staff was super helpful and stay included the use of their sauna and free breakfast. Overall, I do recommend and was extremely happy with my stay.

    Do not book this hotel!!! a friend and I were robbed. we had separate rooms, and we both were missing $100! none of the staff wanted to help us, they ignored us, so we need to call the police. Don't risk, find another place, we were so sad and dissapointed...

    They steal money in the hotel!

    Do not under any circumstances sleep in this hotel!One hundred dollars was stolen from my room. My friend in the other room was also robbed of a hundred dollars. The hotel manager does not want to let us see the cameras or tell us who entered to our room. Everything was reported to the police, jorunalists and our embassy in Argentina.

    Nice basic hotel with friendly staff. Good location close to the botanical garden. Good heat/AC. Nice little roof top sauna / jacuzzi. Decent breakfast too. Would certainly stay again since it’s a good value for the money that they charge.
