  Where Hospitality Feels Effortless

  I stayed at the InterContinental Buenos Aires as an IHG member, and it reminded me what the brand can be when hospitality is done well.What impressed me most wasn't any grand gesture. It was how effortless everything felt.I felt recognized from the start. Rather than standing at the front desk, I sat comfortably while check-in was handled for me. A small detail, but small details say a lot about a hotel.My benefits were delivered naturally, without my needing to know the program better than the staff. As a frequent IHG guest, that matters to me. Elite recognition should mean more than acknowledging status. It should mean understanding the benefits and delivering them without the guest having to ask.The Club Lounge added comfort and refinement, and the service throughout was attentive without being intrusive.Breakfast was a pleasure: flowers on the table, proper china, a beautiful view. None of it is extravagant on its own, but together it felt like someone had thought about the experience rather than simply serving food.My room was spacious and comfortable, and the little touches set it apart from an ordinary business hotel. The hotel felt polished, but more importantly, it felt well run, and that distinction matters.Luxury is not simply about an impressive lobby, expensive furnishings, or having many people available to serve you. It is about making the guest experience feel seamless. At the InterContinental Buenos Aires, that was what I appreciated most.I left feeling that the hotel understood both hospitality and the expectations of a frequent guest. I would happily stay again.   A Gem in the heart of Buenos Aires.

  The location was ideal. Walking distance to the main avenue and lots of restaurants around the area. The reception desk was extremely friendly and personable. My room was very spacious and clean.   Well located to many spots within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with amenities ans a nice bath tub. Good breakfast spread with porridge and some Asian treats.   Great place to stay super helpful staff

  Beautiful old style hotel. Staff very welcoming and so helpful. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Free fresh water in reception and bottled water replenished in the rooms daily. Any minor issues were resolved immediately and followed up. Great quality of breakfast, huge selection of savoury and sweet items. Eggs cooked anyway by the chef. There was a fresh organic honeycomb on offer weekdays which tasted amazing. Even had a vegan dining menu available on request. The gym had lots of equipment over two floors, you could go anytime and pool was initially closed for maintenance but opened up and was great to swim in. Cash machine nearby ask the concierge for directions. They have lots of soccer channels on the tvs including the premiership.
