    This no-frills hotel is in a terrific area with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all super helpful, especially the front desk worker who, despite our languge barrier, was always polite, helpful, and on top of things. Our stay was lovely and we would definitely come here again!

    The location of the hotel is great.The rooms are about "75%" there. They "almost' look the part.. but by no means is this a boutique hotel in the sense of it. For example, the bathtub was fully rounded and extra slippery (with no mat to reduce slipping) – super dangerous and happy had flip-flops to prevent falling. The "spa" was more like a big lukewarm bath, with only 60% of the water needed (jets exposed) and tiles were breaking off a bunch.The breakfast however was awesome – great quality and quantity. The location was great - easy access to both Palermo districts while also relatively queit in the room that we were in. Also - we were quoted in USD, but then were charged in ARS on our credit card... and the issue is they didn't use the "mid-market" rate, but rather the "buy ARS" rate which is a 10% difference in pricing. They shouldn't quote USD if they aren't going to charge it at mid-market. This I found a rather unacceptable policy.

    Great boutique hotel tucked in a corner

    I had booked Hotel Rendezvous but for some administrative reason they were not able to operate and instead put me up in this hotel, which was about 200 metres from the original one. Was not disappointed at all. The room was very spacious, in fact it was a suite with separate living area. The staff at the reception was very helpful. Breakfast was also fine but no eggs to order. Located in the Palermo Hollywood area, the neighbourhood was full of pubs and cafes within 209 metres. However if you are in Buneos Aires for the first time and want to visit all the major attractions first, it is better to stay in Recoleta right in the middle of all the attractions as Palermo is quite far from the city center. I had already completed my first few leg in Buneos Aires and had 2 days left before my trip ended, so booked in Palermo as I wanted to experience a different neighbourhood and Palermo is worth a stay for its vibrancy.

    A bit expensive but OK

    - Internet is not suitable for video calls for work: unstable connection. Ok for browsing.- They'd change the soap everyday but there was no complementary body lotion. Bring some :)- Staff was super nice, but management is cheap: only complementary water and coffee the first day. I stayed a good deal of days, left almost 1k USD but still had to buy my own water.- Big room, two toilets, didn't try the other facilities, Breakfast is ok.

    I recommend highly Let Sun for the comfort, location, and service. It is very good, boutique hotel in a great neighborhood, Palermo Hollywood, filled with restaurants. It is not far from the zoo, the botanical gardens and other beautiful locations in a very beautiful city.
