    World class experience from a family hotel

    We had an excellent experience at the hotel. We had 3 rooms one of them was a wheelchair assisted room, the hotel organized a wheel chair at no extra cost for my mother. We spent 5 wonderful nights at the hotel, The hotel staff are absolutely brilliant, they organized everything for us, be it negotiating with a taxi, booking the best tango show we have ever seen, giving us excellent restaurant recommendations, opening up the pool and gym early for my wife. My mother had a shower issue and it was sorted out within 5 minutes, The staff speak English which made it a lot easier for us. Breakfast was a wide selection and very fresh. Hotel is very central and in a very safe neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.     Highly recommended hotel. Location is great; staff is exceptional. Made us truly feel welcome. The hotel is directly beside the famous Recoleta Cemetery, so try to get a cemetery view if you can.     Amazing stay in the jungle

    Amazing experience. The staff is very friendly at the reception and in the restaurants. We got great help with transfers to Iguazu.The restaurant was very good and had regional dishes. They have animation for the kids and would organize a children dinner with adapted plates in a separate area, so the parents could eat in peace.The swimming pools were very nice! The middle one was super warm, very enjoyable in winter time. There is also a second pool only for adults overlooking the river.     We stayed at Lou suites Ricoleta for a few days and we were sorry to leave. The atrium where breakfast served was beautiful architecture and the food was wonderful.
