Facility

The hotel has 197 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     The ambiance is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and tastefully decorated. The friendliness and quality of service from the staff were fantastic: from Valentino at check-in, to Pamela teaching the yoga class, Sara with her massages, and all the staff at the bar, restaurant, and spa. The spa options and activities offered for the long weekend were also excellent. Breakfast and dinner at Red were exquisite. Highly recommended.     Close to the domestic airport and ferry services. Retro area with great shopping. Very walkable area.Staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean.The bar area serves amazing food. Oberall, a nice change from the city center.     Hotel needs a facelift for sure and some staff training on how to welcome guests.

    Not an updated hotel! Very old rooms poor lighting in the hallways and very dingy towels! The staff behind the desk need to smile ! They were not helpful at all. This was a very disappointing stay. I will say breakfast was a nice buffet and the person cleaning our room did a very nice job. I definitely would not recommend this hotel or would I return.
